There has been some criticism of Mr Brandon on here over the past year, there is no doubt, however, that he is very knowledgeable about the sector/s, extremely knowledgeable in the products of Deepverge and his enthusiasm and vision match his knowledge.

I have been a shareholder of Modern Water for 8 years (or so) and GB and the other BOD's have made unbelievable progress in the last 12 months since the merger/buy out in commercialising this game changing technology.

Hmmm... ! It would be interesting to see what a 'hard launch' entails and the quality of Media.Monks. As spoken about before, momentum is gaining with news/updates practically every week! Am sure some folks are looking at the CR deal to be completed but if other news can get the SP to 34-36p (Mkt Value £75m) base line that would be ideal . IMHO

Evening, I agree with your post, am also not big on 'I told you so' but I do feel like many posters on here who could see the pieces fall into place and the overall logic of DVRG's actions are entitled to their 'I told you so' moment. (And a smidgeon of Phew!!)

Shout out to Mr Brandon who has delivered on pretty much all of his hints, his winks and his nudges etc. (some yet to be announced)

Just the beginning for DVRG and a long way to go IMHO.

DeepVerge plc ("DeepVerge" or the "Company") announces that, further to the completion of its recommended share offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Modern Water Plc ("Modern Water"), which was declared unconditional as to acceptances on 3 November 2020, the Company has duly confirmed in writing to The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in accordance with the requirements of Rule 19.6(c) of the Code that the Company has complied with its post-offer statements of intent made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(iv) and 24.2 of the Code, as originally detailed in its announcement of 28 August 2020 and the Offer Document published on 13 October 2020.
