I forced Keith into a uncomfortable corner regarding JN and he let slip that all of the BOD were worried about their positions...seems strange that he recently jumped onto the board of another company in South Africa while at the same time we still haven't sold anything (asset wise) and that now includes anything we mine!! 2 plus 2 usually equals 4!!

It seems that Keith is having a day off and a Russian EUA accountant is taking the calls..seems to think Christian will ring me back to answer my court case questions after taking my number! I won't hold breath!!

Cast your mind back to the 28th July 2022 and the days building up to the AGM, there were a lot of angry people on here regarding the SP, communication of the BOD, strategy of the company and just what the *uck is going on...fast forward a year or so getting nearer to the 2023 AGM and the SP has gone from 6p to 2.7p, we've got a large investor taking us to court, still no sale on ANY assets, Rosgeo deal has expired on which millions were spent, we can't sell any of anything we mine, cash is getting lower day by day and many other f*CK ups along the way!! That people is what has happened to Eurasia mining but FORGET all that because we have an electric dragline now at WK and are awaiting the holy grail DfS at MT...wake up and smell the coffee guys!! We've been had plain and simple!

Wouldn't surprise me if EUA ended up like Quindell!

So we're literally at the mercy of the BOD?? We're *ucked then!! There must be something new can do?? How can you not tell shareholders that one of your biggest shareholders is taking you to court....in what world is that ok??

Believe it or not but I've had enough of their lies and false promises! I've written off my shares and outlay and now I honestly want the BOD to pay! I'm going to investigate where I stand and if I get anywhere I'll put it on here and then we can take it from there!

Win or lose the court cases the main component for me is we should of been told about it in Dec 21!! 100% it would of made me think about my investment and for that it's just another black mark against this hopeless BOD!! Anyone up for a shareholder group law suit against EUA??

It's only because of people like me and some others who bothered to contact SP Angel that the RNS has been issued....do you just think it's a coincidence that we complained to them and then an hour later an RNS is issued???
