I urge everyone to read this article regarding the Scottish Mortgage investment Trust and it's recent AGM and how important it is to have a voice in person !!

Beast....it's not up to me to come up with a plan...I'm not employed by the company! I'm just a disillusioned sh who is totally pi55ed off with how the company treat us and feel a change at the top is the order of the day!! JN has gone (happy with that) and now I would like to see CS gone and fresh eyes running the company!!

Magnum.....this is what I have been saying for so long now!! We can sit back and let this BOD take the pi55 out of us and drip feed us info when they feel like it or we can, with what limited power we have, stand up to them and demand better Comms, demand info that's not under NDA's , explain why the Rosgeo money was spent elsewhere mad on what etc etc!! The only way this happens is if CS comes under serious pressure to not be reinstated as a director!! Hiding behind this online AGM is an absolute disgrace BUT unfortunately it's now what I'd expect from the company which is a sad sign of the times!! People on here are just willing to accept this cr*p but enough is enough!!

I see Mr Dugdale on twitter has now voted against resolutions 4,6,7!! It makes sense to me and I'll vote the same way this evening!

Why was we not told about the court cases at the time they were issued?

Can you improve your Comms....do some video interviews?

Can you give us an easy to follow breakdown of where the Rosgeo money has actually gone and on what?

Why won't you release the DFS?

In the unlikely event of Eurasia selling any assets...where do we go from there? If we can't/don't sell are we prepared to activate the sino deal ?

And finally after you've answered these questions could you please leave the company and go back to Ireland and never join another BOD again??

WtF12....thanks for the reply and tone! James and Christian were the leaders of EUA and if you think they were having no say in the proposed sale then you are extremely nieve! Since 2015 it's been up for sale remember!!

Bang on Magnum....Christian has to go! Him and James have so far failed miserably in trying to sell their assets so let someone else have a go! Hopefully the Comms will improve with both of these people gone......it can't get any worse!!

May 21 - Eurasia Mining announced a private placement for a single US Institutional Investor for $20m and the agent exclusive to this deal was HC Wainwright!

Sept 21 - Another private placement is announced and this time Institutional Investors (more than one) are involved for $15m and the agent exclusive to the deal was again HC Wainwright!

Feb 22 - HC Wainwright issue a report on Eurasia mining's assets that is extremely complementary of them!

Even the most diehard EUA fan can see that with the information above the report could be seen as being ever so slightly bias towards Eurasia Mining along with the ACF report (paid for by Eurasia mining!)

So Vasily in the new CEO at West Kytlim....possibly the same Vasily Kudrin who is co-founder of goldman digital along with our good friend Dmitry Suschov? Who knows!!

This was mentioned by R1EX on twitter 3 years ago and it mentions that the Typil license is recorded to the state business entry of Kosvinsky Stone!! Not sure what it all means but I'm sure we all would like to know why possibly a lot of money has gone to it!
