Unfortunately not the right ones! Like in any walk of life if you're not being pushed and people asking questions of you, you end up coasting and that's exactly what our BOD are doing....coasting! Like everyone says 'I only believe what the RNS says' well the RNS's say that JN was meant to help with the sale of assets, Artem was brought in to speed up the sale and I could go on and on...so far it's a big fail and if we keep defending them (seriously can't see why anyone would) then come June 2024 we will all be in the same situation again (as long as cash is still coming in!!)

Along with the Removal of Russian references has the website also removed reference to a Japanese office? It now states there have two Russian offices and a London one but no mention of a Japanese office! Can anyone clarify this or was the Japanese office never mentioned (I'm sure it was!)

The point regarding the company trying to sweep it under the carpet has been made! 100% had a investor not found out the law suit against EUA, then we would never had been made aware of it!! Any law suit against the company should be made known to the shareholders..it can massively influence your investment decision end of!!

Still so many people with head in the sand here....you will not get any info from the company without pushing them or from pi's finding info out and forcing them!! The law suits are the biggest scandal out of all of them!! Your second biggest shareholder/investor (I think) is taking you to court and the we find out two years later...how is that ok? The BOD tried to sweep it under the carpet but we found out and forced an explanation! The SP in Dec 2021 was miles higher than now...I would of definitely considered my position had I know this information at the time and I'm sure a few others would have as well!!

Magnum.... I like the idea but I feel we need to go further! We need a lot of answers to a lot of questions so if this did happen then before we remove resolutions (if all goes ahead)the BOD need to satisfy us with their answers!! Just stopping options being extended is nowhere near enough!!!
