Mac...you can pursue a sale as much as you want but if the other party don't make a binding offer where does that leave the company?? It leaves them going down the Sino route before cash runs out...which it will eventually!! I take it from your non interest in the charity bet that you're not that confident yourself that the company will sell its assets?? I'll reduce it to £100 if you so wish?

I'm invested Mac...and probably more in £'s than you, as you got in extremely earlier and so well done on that front!! It's an easy question Mac...I'm saying that a no asset sale RNS comes next and we mine with a partner.....will you take the bet (sorry investment?)

Ragsrob...I want them to mine the hell out of the area and activate the Sino deal!! They've had 6/7 years of trying to sell MT and nobody wants it!! There's got to be a reason for that but the board are not telling us!! They've done a good job with WK getting it to production so let's do the same at MT!! While we are waiting for the company to RNS any off Del's list of outstanding pieces of information....what is actually the next RNS that EUA HAVE to legally issue? Is it the March deadline for the Rosgeo deals or can that also be pushed onto Del's list once it comes and goes?? It obvious to me that a sale of assets is not happening but I just don't get why they won't activate the Sino deal!! I'm out of ideas on wtf is going on with this company now!!

LB...I've done a lot of digging on deloan and found nothing much on the web!! The RNS confirmation of their investment tells you about the British Virgin Islands bit! BVI is fair enough as it's a tax haven but to not find anything else about the company is strange! I've also looked into CS holdings...only 200k directly himself and the other 89m or so through two companies where I can find no link to CS at all!! He's not a director or previous director of either of them!!

Lovely boy...deloan investments limited is based in British Virgin Islands...that's all I got!!

For me now I just want them to execute the Sino deal, mine it and put an end to all this possible sale cr*p!! Give the shareholders some clarity and forward direction and let's move onwards!! But what I want and what actually happens doesn't always sync!!

Haha Mac you are funny....I used to think you were just really positive on the company and came out with great facts but now, along with most of the BOD, know that you're just a uber ramper who cannot admit he/she/it is wrong...ever!!!

Only the people who are in over their head an uncomfortable amount can defend the BOD right now....that's a fact!!!

Sept 2017- off take agreements with Glencore, Sinosteel and other major players that cannot be named hoping that an agreement can be reached with one of the parties....never did as far as we know!!!

The BOD have been trying to flog MT since 2015 as it's the jewel in the crown apparently!!! They've ramped it beyond belief but still nobody wants to buy it!! Glencore, Sinosteel and other major players have all been talked about in acquiring all or a part of MT but still 7 years later it's NO SALE!! You have to wonder is it as good as the BOD think because as soon as someone does DD on it, like the BOD now unfortunately....utter silence!! Why?

Mrtwisted - I couldn't of said it better!!! At least we'll know where we stand...good or bad!!! It's the not knowing what the hold up/problem is that's infuriating most investors!!

The company have alluded since 2016 that they may/want to sell their assets and as of today nobody has put an offer in....why do people think in 2023 during a probable world wide ressesion and with our assets based in a country who 95% of the world doesn't want to touch that we will sell these assets? If the impossible does happen and we do sell it will be at such a massive discount that most of us on here (Inc myself) will be way out of pocket!! All IMO of course!!

Go over my old messages....not hiding anything!! Changed my opinion on the company about year or more ago but foolishly continued to hold and am now paying the price unfortunately!! With a high average and over 75% down I'm trapped like a lot of others!!
