Just to confirm and clarify to all invested....Eurasia Mining has NOT liked a tweet by share talk regarding today's suspension!! The last tweet they liked was 25th Feb 21!!!

Particularly concerned about this bit....In addition to shareholder approval of the Transaction at a General Meeting scheduled for 25 May 2022, completion of the Transaction requires the approval by a newly created Russian Federation government commission per Order 81 dated 1 March 2022 (which specifically addresses change of control of western held assets) and the consent of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.

NDA's on everything Mac??? EUA were giving out interviews like sweets before suspension, promoting what they might and could have and why not...that's what You need to do!!! But they won't even conduct an interview about one thing to do with the company now....is the whole company and every part of it under NDA's? If it is then I apologise!!

Mac, Sandy and Folio maybe I should have put IMO only on my post....I am not the voice for the chat room after all!! I honestly 100% want to be wrong but if you assess where we are now, with what's going on then things don't look that positive at all!! If you go back over my history I was very positive to start with but have gradually changed but only by what I see and read not by anybody on here!!! A nice easy question for the three of you....why won't EUA do any sort of interview? They don't need to talk about any potential asset sale as there is plenty of other stuff to talk about but they won't!! Why? Talk about WK, new basket of metals, EUA2 whatever they want but they refuse to! I would like to know why...not asking much is it???

Would I invest the same amount now in EUA as I have over the last two years....hell no!!! Way too many red flags have appeared!!!

Communication especially regarding asset sale has been horrendous and communication full stop has now ceased!
Withholding information that we know they have sat on their lap!

Extremely reactive when war broke out about issuing an RNS regarding sanctions....waited for others to reassure shareholders before doing the same!

Is am sure there is more I have forgotten BUT it's ok because EUA have what everyone wants.... except no fu*Ker wants to buy it bad enough to put a binding offer in!!! Have I lost confidence in the BOD?...100% yes but because of the war (I actually can't blame EUA for this) my holdings is 70% down and so am trapped unless I take a big hit which I'm not prepared to do!! The BOD need to tell us straight up what the hell is going on now since this unfortunate war has started because this business as usual cr*p is not cutting it! I deliberately waited until a blue day so as not to be classed as a deramper but If people think this is ok to be treated like this by the company then more fool you!! One final thing.....if a no deal RNS came tomorrow, would it REALLY REALLY shock you?....be honest with yourself!!!

But we still can't name this company either.....who wants a bet that in the next couple of days the share price is back where it was at 7am today!!!

In other words.....we can't sell anything until this war ends!!!. In due course also meaning....not likely to be happening anytime soon!!

I wouldn't say shorters.....just pi55ed off investors!! 99% are here for the asset sale and so far the BOD have failed us regarding this! It's ok saying we have this and that in the ground worth billions.....NOT ONE COMPANY IN THE WORLD SO FAR WANTS IT BAD ENOUGH TO MAKE A BINDING OFFER.....that's the bottom line!!

All that is keeping me going through this frustrating period of a news blackout is the AGM in June.....So BOD I would advise wearing tin hats to that!!!

I think I'd even take a 'good morning it's Friday 8th April' RNS from the BOD at the moment!!!

I'm not sure what seems further away at the moment.....me breaking even or this potential asset sale/liquidity event/strategy whatever the f*CK you wanna call it happening!!! I think us EUA shareholders will either be remembered for making an absolute killing or the laughing stock of AIM....which one it will be is the flip of a coin now!!

What's to stop Christian going on Proactive and talking about context from recent RNS's ie Hydrogen gig, our bag of metals even the sanctions not affecting EUA and then finishing with "We are still progressing with the asset sale, it's just taking a lot longer than we thought!" No info regarding the potential sale because of NDA 's etc....I and I'm sure many would feel a lot more reassured by that!! Unfortunately they prefer to hide behind a keyboard all the time now!!!
