This is a serious question....How has Paul still got his job?? Have the board not seen the dramatic fall in share price during his tenure?? He's weak and basically full of 5hit and will eventually run this company into the ground but the BOD still back him!!!!

For me the BOD are completely taking the pi55 out of us shareholders!!! They have us hanging onto their coat tails like the pied Piper and they know it! Giving us tiny hints hear and there but nothing of substance!! I'm getting to the point where I despise them for the way they are treating us and this never ending potential sale!! Bring on the shareholder meeting as they can't hide behind Covid any more they've got some tough questions coming their way!!!

So with Rio Tinto severing ties with Russian businesses how long until EUA follows with Rosgeo JV?

For me now it's about time someone from the BOD comes out and does an interview of some kind, proactive whatever! Nobody has heard a peep from them since 2019 (?). Hiding behind these NDA's is ridiculous now, they always have some sought exclusion to them and I'm bloody sure war is one of them!!! Even if they still can't mention anything of their strategy I just wanna see the white of their eyes in all of this and for them to answer to their shareholders!!!

Unfortunately nothing can save the share..... Unless Paul is replaced asap!!!

VTB is not sanctioned yet but sky news mentioned that specific bank could be hit in the new sanctions which will be announced shortly.....

Hey Gman12, so what may I ask do you think is being possibly sold?

Some numbers for people who think that just MT plus flanks is up for sale.....
£1b sale price = 22.49 pence per share divi
£2b sale price = 44.99 pence per share divi
£3b sale price = 67.4 pence per share divi
£4b sale price = 89.98 pence per share divi

Calculations made by sale price minus 20% (as we only own 80%) and then divi is minimum 80% of what is left! For example a £1b sale price is £800m for EUA but the divi is 80% of the £800m which is £640m which in turn is divided by the 2.845b shares in issue! This does not include fees to UBS DLA Piper etc or any possible warrants!!
What are people's thoughts?? If you disagree then don't name call etc just point out what I've missed please!
Ps I don't believe there will be a sale but EUA will go in a different direction to the sale route....if there is an a sale then I'll hold my hand up! Not here to bash the share!!!
