If you are invested, its human nature to want to believe, even I want to believe and I should know better.
If you are rational you will struggle to see that value based on current financials.
One step at a time, lets see a profit first.

Like I posted a while back, I fully expect to see the SP in 2's again. Promises, predictions and potential won't get big investors excited. They need to see profits. If/when that happens the SP might start to increase. If not, well, a company cannot sustain losses in the long term. MXC was formed around 2006 I believe and floated on ASX about a year later. Lots of fund raising since but not yet at break even. The next 12 to 18 months will be cruicial. I do feel sympsthy for those heavily invested at higher SP's, but this has always been a pure gamble.

Not sure small is a good plan, unless you really don't expect the volume. I would have thought a little excess space at the start would cover any initial expansion. Take out space for storage of material, packaging, lables, and storage of end product prior to shipping, and the machinery is going to have little room to expand. Still I am sure they crunched the numbers and it will work.

Sorry but its not going to see 20p this year, might hit 9's next year if everything goes well, but its likly to be based more on sentiment and investor FOMO than sound fundementals, but who knows. I hope I am proved wrong as it would of course make me money, and who dosen't like to make money. My head however tells me I'm looking at a loss.

Looks like it was a storm in a tea cup. MXC appears to be trading on ASX, no sign of any mentionable shift in SP. Not sure I understand the suspension in trading, seems a little off. I can't see how MXC could benefit so cannot identify a motive. I'll hold what I have but certainly will not chase the SP down.

So RZ is suggesting break even by April 2022, that would be a good first milestone.

I should have included, that had you been brave enough to invest $50,000 over the last 12 months you would now be sitting on around $100000.

MGC floated on ASX 22/12/2006 @ $3.48
By December of 2009 it traded around $0.56.
By May 2021, 15 years after it floated on ASX MGC trades around $0.061.
There are of course many more shares in circulation now than in 2006 so there is no direct correlation between company value and the share price above, but it does not change the fact that investor share value has diminished considerably over the years. You can understand why some long time holders are unhappy, and may account for some of the posters here.
Imagine if you had invested $50,000 in MGC in 2006.
You would now be sitting on $876.
Lets hope the next 15 years go a little better for investors.

Being optimistic is all weel and good, but realistic is better.
Positive news is good, and having the potential to develop and grow is great, but at the moment its just that potential. I have the potential to win the lottery, but I'm not about to buy that large luxury item based on potential.
What counts is cash, and as I've said before this company needs to hit break even as an absolute minimum, but the company has always cost more to run than it makes.
While this happens and isn't unique, it cannot continue ad infinitum.
I need to see break even in the next 18 months, otherwise its on very shakey ground.

I understand what you say but the gulf between expense and income is narrowing.
If you are correct however then within 18 months this is dead in the water.

Not being arguementative, but why do you see this as undervalued.
looking at the fundementals, shares in issue, assets, cash flow, etc., I don't see it, what am I missing.
If you are factoring in the potential sales, thats very hard to include as there are so many things which may not work out as we may hope. With the company as it stands I think we will see 2's again in the short term.
The company is approaching break even at a better pace than anticipated by me, and of course thats good news and the first real milestone. Once that happens I would like to hope high 3's or low 4's to be expected as a base.

And how long did it stay there. It went up on hype, and because it had no substance it came down prettyy smartly. I've seen it before in the markets, and very recently, it means nothing I'm afraid.

Talk of bottoms and reversal based on wishes and fairy tears. SP will not move in any sustainable and meaningful way until substance is seen.
To me that does not mean 'maybe', 'potential, 'might', etc. It means the company has to hit break even as an absolute minimum requirement. The fundamentals do not support any reason for a SP increase.
Now don't get me wrong, I might double my money on this stock if everything goes well, but with the shares in issue, the competitive market, and historical resistance from mainstream medicine I would be very surprised if this stock reaches 9p within the next 5 years. Everyone seems to be focusing on ArtemicC, but by the time (if) MGC brings a product to market the mainstream players GSK, AZN, HIK, etc., will likly have competive products which would be more acceptable to mainstream medicine.
Look at their other products, Cannepil, Cognicann, Incann, Tetrinol, Topicann, Cepacann. Have these products induced a starship like performance of the MXC SP?
No, then consider why not.
I am going to hold my shares for 2 years and see if they can surprise me.
But for goodness sake please will the few on here stop posting absolute tosh based on dreams, it could cause naive investors to over expose themselves to a very risky stock.

This stock has potential as a pure gamble, but the fundementals are shocking.
Cash flow?
Return on assets?
Profit margins?
The economy in general?
Competitive advantage?
Fundemental analysis is difficult and time intensive for mainstream stocks. A stock like MXC is very difficult to analyse and if I ignor my percieved view of its potential, MXC is overvalued.
Every once in a blue moon I have a small gamble on an outsider, and this is it.

Until the company sees a profit, nothing much will change, sales really do need to exceed overheads before there is any sustainable upward movement. I suspect its going to stay in the 3p to 5p range for the next 18 months.
