I hope you are right, although I dont want 6.8p SP on April 6th, as it will just about allow me to get the mxc BED shares into the ISA without any tax liability.
I do so hate paying tax.
I think I'm pretty safe.

I'm getting a pretty consistent buy price of 3.247p so far this morning.

I only mention it because they are the two largest single transactions for MXC that I have seen.
I'd consider both of these big buys for a PI.
Has someone got wind of something?

Another buy of 781,687 shares purchased on 15th also just showed up.

Looks like a PI buy of 1,000,000 shares just showed up late from the 15th.
Looks too small to be anything other than a PI, but a keen one none the less.

I really expected this to rise on the RNS and hold above 3.5p.
There is no way I could see it dropping lower today.
At the very least I don't understand why it didn't hold at the days close on 14th which was 3.35p.
I do still think it should finish up this week, but should and will are a distance apart.

I really don't understand what people think an acceptable rise in SP is.
By comparison these are my long term anchors, and their rise over the past 12 months or so.

I admit a couple of these are new holdings less than 12 months old, but thay are strong performers, and for the most part very well established companies.
I think MXC is looking pretty damn good in comparison.

I'm using the free version of the LSE portal to follow buys and sells, which has a delay, so its difficult to identify which are buys and sells on some of the trades as the price is bouncing around a little too much to be confident which are which. But some are easy to identify.
The similar link on this page is no better for accuracy.

Oh just to be balanced, quite a few large PI sells also, which I assume is PI's taking a quick profit, some of whom may be PI day traders.

I'm seeing a lot more good sized PI buys over 200,000 shares today.
We could see 4p this week, dropping back to 3.5+ Friday on profit taking.

Yeah, seeing a stock rise bouncing between 4.5% and 9% in a day is so normal, all my other stocks do this.

This is good news and has yet to have a visible effect on the finances of the company, I suspect this is going to hold over 3.5p now, barring further news, and that is a good base to move up from.
My personal view is any buy under 4p is likly to provide short term profits over the next 3 months.
Medium term (5 yrs) I can see the possibility of substancial gains, and long term (10yrs) who knows.
I think I am more pessimistic than most but even I am becomming more hopeful.

I've got £46k comming free in the next 6 weeks. I was hoping to get it in here under 4p, but this is looking doubtful now.
Still I'm holding 405670 of this stock at an average of 3.15p, trouble is only 88087 of them are in the ISA, with the rest in a bed account.

I've seen some buys today at 3.72p.

Blimey 6% up on the bell.

Still it solves the reason for lack of ASX response, but I expect LSE to react in a positive way today.
