One wonders what operational work has been carried out whilst all we have is 'intention' and 'anticipation'?

My concern is the lack of proper due diligence done on this project if the nearby dam is a reason for the decree not being passed, we wait and watch.

How have I publicly supported, I have used something Chirs Voss would describe as tactical empathy to seek a resolution to stop my government wasting money causing the military conflict to continue.
