If it was a case our oil was never going to be transported in pipes against ship and tankers.

But to get it to the Caspian Sea, then on a ship to Azerbaijan, would it go into a pipe there. It then has to get through Armenia which is going through military conflict which means more risk. Or would it go through pipes through Georgia, and are those Russian pipes.

Personally I would prefer us to sell the whole lot to the Chinese via pipe line.

I Must admit I have no knowledge of the oil pipeline distribution network on that continent. However there must be over a century old distribution network out of the Caspian Sea region to the Black Sea.

So what are the revised resolutions in the 15 November requisition?

Not really see my previous post, they anticipate and believe the regional government intend to approve. They never said is has been approved.

This would have to exist in public files - which evidently it does not.
