I'd pay literally zero notice to that, it doesn't make sense to me. And it doesn't put a time scale on the increase.
I believe there will be a global pull back as the real effects of Covid shutdowns become apparent.... no-one knows yet. But I think the market has been way too bullish in recent weeks. What we saw last week was panic as soon as someone coughed... shows howon a knife edge everything is right now.
We will see a pull back in the FTSE as business try to get back to operating normally, as the furlough scheme runs out and business realise that they can't survive. Any notion of a second Covid wave in the UK and the markets will dive. Many SP's can't fall back too far as many are still at historical lows already. But I think we need to be cautious... IMO.
