Well here we are,Thanks to all the far more knowledgeable posters on here who have kept me invested, raised a glass or two to you yesterday. So I’m sitting back and holding as that seems the consensus from those guys. But hey take a breath we have been waiting years for this moment, years, so enjoy this victory, I’m sure the sp will rise in the short term and in the long term N is set fair. Wow I’m not sure I believe it,it feels like I’m in a dream after years waiting for this date, it’s just got so exciting now, late nights over Christmas for some, on both side I guess. Come on B and the N team you are nearly there!!

Hi I’ve been off the site for a while now, but I see no mention of a date for the trial, and it seems very quite on here, what’s the latest ???

Who is paying for all the people who are on hold waiting for our court case ?I know it’s small beer in the scheme of thing’s ,but it must be holding a whole mass of people from moving on to other cases getting on with their lives if they are expecting to get called at a moment’s notice. These delays must surely be appreciated by our judge, and he must be thinking we have to get on with this. How high a profile case must this be in his sights?. with the S involved and the monies possibly involved.

Anticlimax mmmmmm at the moment not being a trader, and getting out at 57p.
being a long termer is tough in these times, I’m up don’t get me wrong, but this waiting is very waring. Not even having a date, and knowing the last two were cancelled doesn’t help.
However onwards and upwards.

Like us all on here I guess, I was crest fallen about the delay, as I had built myself up for it and held strong, personally I think I have to get back in to that mindset. It’s been a long time coming , so another month or two, ( hopefully not) is small beer in the scheme of things.
Thanks for all the info posted from the guys much deaper into the proceedings than I could ever hope to be.

Imagine you are in that jury, how much do they make sitting there for the week.???
But they are deciding on huge amounts, a little bubble pops out of your head,
what’s in this for me..??
A stranger approaches and gives you a very expensive phone, and says there’s more where that came from.
I’m not planting seeds of doubt.believe me I need this to go our way, it’s just a nagging in my head

I’m a long term investor, I’m lifted by all the great positive chat and figures being banded about, but no one has mentioned this cases weakest link IMO, the jury.
If it were just legals v legals sure it’s a 100% win, but we are hoping that a group of at least 6 and no more than 12 people from “ordinary” working backgrounds, are going to decide on a multi million pound case. That terrifies me, I think that in cases like this both sides can agree or disagree a juror, but I believe also big companies profile the jurors to try so predict their vote.
What’s worse with the huge sums involved, a few TV’s + other may find their way into some Christmas stockings for a few people. Just saying.

I’ve been holding Nano for years now, and am like most of us here eagerly await the outcome of th the S litigation. I’ve seen a lot of figures banded about ,and many messages good bad and indifferent.Can anyone tell me why S don’t just buy N at around 130mill save themselves the time and effort and expense and then own all the rights they are fighting about..it’s my first post on here am I being stupid
