If we assume the 10p per share as a dividend next year, presumably the Sp will rise just prior to this?? or is this 10p now built in, and the real SP is around 6p now ? Why are people/ buyers not piling in

That also crossed my mind, I can’t understand why big guys aren’t piling in if I had funds I would be, perhaps it’s not dawned, hopefully not so I can get some some cash lined up, fingers crossed

Is it just me or is the amount of the promised distribution just fallen from 40 M to 32M a massive 20% How can that be? Is it just being plucked out of thin air ,will it drop further it’s another kick in the pants to LTH’s. Has it been advised how it will distributed? As a cheque or other. I couldn’t be bothered look at the QA but did read the RNS, which I don’t think mentioned how this was happening. Thanks .

Let’s look on the bright side. Now we are clear of all this litigation we may be ripe for a takeover.

This news on this site just gets worse and worse the more speculation that is thrown on it.
Can we just get back to the good old pays and please play nicely.
I can’t wait till we just get the result and get on with.It is what it’s going to be, people ranting on here can’t change that, so accept it when it’s announced and then put up or shut up.

So when do we expect the announcement and how will they announce it.
Or will N&S come out of darkened room like Morecambe and Wise used to, or just shaking hands and smiling.

So who’s good at poker?
MC is 120 M @ say 36p per share at the moment for easy figures.
Say N had 12p /share before litigation so 40 M
So I estimate 80M is in now for the out come. ( 24p) Any thing more share rises.
If litigation is around 160 M share should rise say another 24p to 60p.
So do you hold or fold and sell at that . P p p poker face…
I’m just playing round loosely with those figures. I think I would take 60 now if it got there.
Thoughts please on above and predictions.

I’ve been reading all the posts for years here, and over the last weak or so it’s really gone down hill. Lets all face it we all dropped a bollo by not getting out at 70, why, because we think we all know best and basically we are greedy. As the share price surge we all thought, yes I do know what I’m doing through 40,50,60,70 yes I’m brilliant at this. So we all see a pound on the horizon easy. It starts to decline slowly but we still hold because we know what we are doing, hold hold hold now we are down at 37 are we are all chumps. It’s no good everybody moaning and calling each other. We all had a chance to get out and take a tasty profit, but the greedy eyed monster saw that off. All we can hope they get a return where we take a profit again, let’s hope for that, I’m sick of all the bleating here for the last week, it used be a good forum this page it’s rubbish now. Over and out see you the end of the month, fingers crossed. The speculation it’s a stuck record ( if you recall those) and it’s boring.

Wow, after over 20 years in trading, I thought I had got a grip of this one, but no it’s done exactly the opposite of what thought and hoped. I wish this RNS could have been delayed A week or so, then I could at least of basked on the peak last week or even the late 58’s . I’m stunned but still holding, my champagne bubbles of last Friday are back to tea and toast this morning. Oh well. Onward upward as they say.
