George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
But it's also highly in their interests for the share price to do very well, and not to strangle the company with unmanageable debt payments, i.e. a restructuring to enable payments but to also allow capital to grow the business further. This is why the SP responded very positively to this news. Let's see, i am highly optimistic here
This point from the RNS is very positive in my opinion: "The Company is involved in negotiations with Orion to agree a long term restructuring of its secured debt facilities with Orion and to avoid the formal, quarterly amendments to its debt facilities" Check recently updated presentation on the company website too, and some strong posts from some of the LTH's on here! TDT Hopefully it is that easy to keep track :), although I think the reporting might depend on underlying shareholders complying and disclosing their number of shares. When I worked at large institutional (totally different fish), we were disclosing all our shareholders daily through "companies act" reporting. One time a colleague of mine posted an incorrect and exaggerated recording of Vodafone shares, then we had phone calls asking if we were planning a takeover of the company!! Have a nice day all, Patters
- Interim results next Friday? Following week? - Restart news of othijase (excuse spelling if incorrect). - Possible news on Berg Aukas. - Update on Orion financing. Remember we are highly leveraged to copper price/outlook. I am planning a decent top up this week :)
Just reading the equity and option RNS, it is pretty shameful that 64,000,000 warrants issued at an exercisable price of 1.55p. They should have staggered them with future objective SP milestones, this strike price doesn't promote any desire to increase the SP - its stagnating. Would re-invest here but is blatantly obvious the BOD are milking the gravy train, and the sentiment of the PI's invested is shot to pieces. Are Metal Tiger (if i remember the name correctly!) still invested or are they long gone? Do the BOD have wild salaries too? Now they are in production, would imagine there is a decent profit margin here as well. ATB and GL
Sounds good, do you know how much tonnes of copper is currently being mined, and when production will be fully ramped? Also, how much debt? All sounds good on paper here i know, but this is already 25% down since listing date which isn't long :(. I was in ALO, an absolute disaster which everybody knows
I think there share is great, except two problems, I see other commodities boding much stronger in the future, and the other is the UK won’t approve the oil coming out of the ground! The latter is extremely frustrating!! I took a 50% loss at around 0.115 or something - disaster to say the least... but I reinvested this cash into WTI, and thankfully managed to double up. ATB to everyone holding strong here, I just lost faith on the direction of the company largely due to local regulation being a wind-up!
Thanks Fundamental!!! Anyone have any idea how long it would take for Namibia regulatory body to approve the transaction? And roughly how quickly WTI can start extracting the ore (worst/best case scenario)? Also, why don't we get cracking with C. Ops's again, it's ready to go isn't it? Although Pedro did mention board seemed a bit hesitant at AGM...
