I don't think this is all bad. Hopefully.
Let's look at the positives - they said they would get the CTC properly re-estimated and they have, and in a relatively timely manner. We know they are funded until the end of February at least thanks to the interim US$20M package announced in December, although with outstanding interest deferred until end of Feb.
They are still targeting a full funding solution in Q2 which, although not certain, is promising; they have already invested significant sums and surely wouldn't want to write those off at this stage, with so much already done.
We can't second guess how the markets will react in the morning, let's wait and see.
All we can do is hope.
I wouldn't be surprised if a fair few bought this morning expecting a bigger jump in SP, then later when it didn't reach the price they expected, sold and took what little profit they could from it.
That's what I did, rightly or wrongly, but still have a good holding here hoping and waiting for TK sign off.
What the heck were all those trades for 62,501 shares? 14 of them in total. Very odd.
See what tomorrow brings.
This latest discovery adds another important asset to Kefi's growing portfolio of projects, all of which will bear fruit at different stages in the future.
TK sign-off shouldn't be far away either, plenty to look forward to here, not just a 1 trick pony any more.
Once the markets digest todays RNS this should surely push on towards 0.8p, maybe more, even better if it can hold between 0.8p and 1p up to TK signing, that would be great.

Is there something Lorna isn't telling us?
This paragraph from the African Mining article:
"In another Development, Helium One Global's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lorna Blaisse commented that he was delighted....."
He?
God, I hope that's just a typo!
😏
Only 2 months ago?
It feels like soooooo much longer than 2 months.
Patiently awaiting the long-promised news, when oh when will it come?
I think Monday too FWIW, but what the heck do I know?
Lorna said 7-10 days from last RNS (Thursday 25th) but we don't know if that day was 'Day 1' but let's assume it was because they wouldn't want crew sat around doing nothing and also assume they don't stop at weekends. That would make Day 7 yesterday and Day 10 this coming Saturday.
Give a day for double checking all the data, finalising and preparing what will hopefully be a massive RNS and that would make it Monday morning. I doubt they would release anything tomorrow but we will soon see, less than 12 hours until we do.
If not Friday it's going to be a long weekend!
Good luck all.
Also, you only get massive rewards by taking massive risks, that's the name of the game with this type of investment, even I know that.
Investing here - AIM, regulated or not - isn't much better than out & out gambling. I know I invested too much but once I reached a certain point I stopped putting money in, now I'm just trading with what I have and hoping it will come good.
Just 1 big win could be all I need and right now HE1 could be the answer.
I hope it is, for all of us.
Or it could go nuts on Monday & Tuesday and we all get rich or at the very least get our investment back?
A savvy investor (unlike me) will probably de-risk to an extent where they are left with a free ride, then the final result will either make them much better off or cost them nothing.
Only time will tell.
In more ways than one!
Lorna estimates 7-10 days to fully test and assess what they have. If they find anything significant they should update via RNS otherwise we won't know more until next Thursday or Friday at the earliest. Unlikely to RNS on Friday either way so my guess is will we see a full update on Monday 5th Feb.
Next week is going to be a nightmare for my nerves!
Personally I managed to improve my own dire position - for now at least - by trading in & out a few times the last couple of days; was reluctant to buy more/average down before as it didn't seem wise. Anyway, I made some money to fill some of my massive shortfall and finally re-invested, ending up with 1M shares and got my average down from about 9.5p to 2.3p, so looking much better. I should probably try to de-risk next week if conditions ae favourable.
All I (we) need now is a mega update from Lorna and blow the bl**dy doors off this thing!
