I hope for everyone's sake that doesn't happen!
Without the syndicate who have shown as much patience as everyone else, possibly more, TK is nothing. I hate to think what effect that would have on the SP, 0.3 would likely be a pipe dream after such an event.
Let's not think about that.
Thanks for your replies to my thread, interesting to see the different views on 'what happens next'.
None the wiser, could go either way, I'll stick with the 500,000 I'm already holding - average isn't too bad - and wait and see.
If I don't invest any more then I'm not risking any more, seems like the wise thing to do. Mind you, doesn't usually stop me from making terrible decisions!
I was tempted to top up today but seeing the SP still falling decided against.
Come Friday when there are an additional 832 million shares being admitted and potentially traded (at a loss?) I can see this dropping even further.
I'll wait and see what happens rather than risk more today. Just hope TK sign off doesn't drop before the weekend, seems unlikely but would be the story of my life, as per usual ๐
So, the 832,652,722 Placing and Retail shares will be admitted to trading at 08.00 on Friday 8th, all being well, increasing the share issue from 4.97 billion to around 5.8 billion shares. All those shares were sold at a discounted price of 0.6p.
The SP now is below 0.6p so has that dilution already been factored in, or will the SP drop even further once those shares are admitted to trading?
The question is, should I top up now or wait until Friday?
Any thoughts on this will be gratefully considered.
I've read it, read it and read it again. And again.
Still not 100% but yes, I think possibly Heron can go ahead once the land use agreement has been prepared and signed.
Not too long with any luck.
Markets reassessed now by look of it, SP rising again.
I don't believe they are waiting for detailed lab reports, everything was done independently on-site.
I think we know all we are going to until we get further updates from Lorna about how HE1 are going to monetise what they have found.
@ dvh - I feel the same as you I think, good to see this finally going up, just hope this isn't another false alarm like so many before.
Been here quite a while, used to have 2 reasonable holdings (1 in HL Fund & Share and 1 in HL ISA - don't ask!) and baled out a year ago when I 'broke even' across the 2 - then made the mistake (maybe, maybe not) of going back in and been underwater ever since. Toady was good but need to get to 1p now to get me out of trouble, anything more becomes a hard earned profit.
Only 1 thing worries me - another poster used the word "imminent" earlier. D'oh!
Come on Harry!!
I believe the only outstanding warrants are from the Conditional Placing of 450,000,000 shares that were admitted to trading on 18th May 2022?
The trigger event will be if the SP is 2.4p or more for 5 consecutive days, at which time the holders can get 1 Warrant Share for every 2 Placing shares, at a price of 1.6p.
The holders of the Warrants must exercise the Warrants within 30 days of the trigger event
The warrants expire 2 years after the Conditional shares were admitted to trading, so Harry has until 18th May this year if he wants to get those away.
Things are definitely looking good today and for the last week, with no concrete news as such, but 2.4p still feels a long way off, maybe not?
Fingers crossed this is it this time, too many false dawns for my liking.
GLA.
FWIW, I believe helium is formed by the radioactive decay of other elements below the Earth's crust; the geology here and the findings so far suggest this isn't just a reservoir full of gas but an active system, still generating new helium?
As I recall HE1 once said there was enough helium in their licensed areas to supply global demand for 100 years, or something like that. If that is still the case, that is simply mind boggling.
That could mean whoever gets this to production could have a mine life of 100 years, surely unheard of?
Let's hope.
Must have been a sell - London Stock Exchange shows there was a trade @ 2.0424p at 09:56, I assume it was that. No way they'd have got a buy at that price at that time.
My guess - they saw the price dropping and sold, thinking it was going to get dragged back under 2p.
But what do I know? Not a lot by the looks of my PF!
Just saying.... ๐
