to be requalified and expanded further.

Old part of project Tasi Mane, was either new Airport near Suai, which would sit

between Bettano Oil refinery and Beaco Gas LNG Export facilities OR large

Dili Airport expansion, to cater for flying in , large Transport Aircraft bringing in

heavy equipment, to then be transported via the new roads and Highway ( now

all built) down to Suai offshore operational support port.

Perhaps , this another piece in the puzzle falling into place, in the past 2 years

France, Japan and Australia have all funded tens of millions of upgrade work

at Dili Airport to expand Passenger Flights and expansion.

Albanese when he became OZ PM, made lots of overtures to SUPPORT TL, his first

year drawing to a close, time for him to also put up or let Gusmao/Horta deliver

their dream , via China, Kuwait , Korea , Japan , Indonesia, all have been linked and

Gusmao, broke it all, now looks to be returning as PM , can he FIX IT

Suspect they are waiting for assurances, they are not also block dumped into

Sunrise HUB/Beaco , for anything they find in area R and P, vice being able to

use their own Darwin facilties..........

Santos also said a while back , expected once Bayu taps turned off (has happened

recently news on start of removal of some current equipment, to commence rebuild

for Carbon storage operations) they expected at least 3 years now before they would

be feeding Darwin via the new pipeline, as said that plan was from Barossa.

So Santos have 3 years , to find a location , build the pipeline, HUB ? , feed Barossa

and Evans Shoal to new HUB first ? ,while developing new area located in, etc

lots of balls in the Air for the Santos/ENI/Korean JV partners......🙄🤔

The other side of that Santos plan remains in limbo, a new gas input pipe to Darwin

was to come from their Barossa field (killed by Tiwi Islanders in court) with ENI's

Evans Shoal next door to join the new pipe.

Santos stated, they have over $400m allocated for the pipeline duplication project

and it will be built, to recommence feeding their own Darwin refinery facilities.

Begs the question, what will they choose as a new HUB site in place of Barossa

Probably why NONE have signed their PSC's which where due by June/July 2022

extended deadline by TL for Feb 2023 , now passed ,still no notification of either

ENI or Santos having signed off.
