Boil when it failed to rto , offered to immediately after non tender award to Sundagas
(nepotism) related Dr Butlers on both bod. Boil used extracts of Shells 90's report, so
some of it still around, this on the TL Local NGO Lao Hamutuk website.......
https://www.laohamutuk.org/Oil/Project/SO-19-16/Shell-analysis-of-Chuditch-potential.pdf
Don't know if its still available on Shell's website for the rest but the Australian Chuditch
license still in notes, was JPDA 06- 101(A)
Still labelled on this Minza Oil and Gas report in 2010, they got the license after Shell
dropped it , Gusmoa had already blocked Sunrise going to Darwin, with facilities
already built specifically for it by Woodside, production was to be 2003 , with Conoco
customers already in place, for South East US States......Then blocked FLNG Super
Barge developed by Shell built in Korea 26/28 wellheads to platform, frustrated they
departed, eventually, TL gave Timor Gap a $650m LOAN, to take out Shell/Conoco.
Minza , had an FPSO plan also but then the whole disputed JPDA region went into
force majure and tumbleweeds, the license never to be heard of again , until after
the 2018 Boundary agreements 2018 signed off by Indonesia, Australia and Timor Leste
in 2019.
Sundagas on the Island since 2016 built the TL sector including Timor Gap , then late
November 2019 , out of the blue , NO TENDER award of Chuditch for services rendered
under the new TL License designator - Enter Boil failed RTO , took 33% initially, the rest
in 2 further instalments

The Minza 2010 has a familiar ring to it ππ€£π
The extension to the agreement with Minza is intended to provide FLEX LNG with sufficient time to conclude the ongoing partner selection process and secure a partner that can undertake the necessary appraisal drilling.
