Prices come, prices go, the achievable market valuation is the only metric
that ever counts.

Many clowns on many boards cry crap like, we use to be 10p , might be the
case but at the time valued not much more than the current M/Cap

Likewise, if your company has been valued at £25m in the past and you now
sit at £2.5m , on success , surpassing that old valuation, is achievable. GLA

All raises are dilution

But it's far less dilutive to raise much higher in price and can raise far higher
amounts

if they pump it back up to say 0.02p and consolidate to 20p a share and raise
the big bucks, as a percentage of share base it would be much lower.

The higher they can pump it, the higher the new base, the less impact a raise
makes and the company can move on from the past.

As said, expecting once all the **** show sorted a 1000-1 share consolidation
to make the company more attractive to investors (not just p&d lenders)
Then raising finance at a much higher price for less dilution, way to go yet.
