Honest to god, this. There has been a lot of filibustering during this process. I suppouse it is still to be expected, but it still annoys me. There have been reasonable causes for concern, e.g., fire concerns, but SAE have put in reasonable contigencies to deal with them IMO for the time being. Perhaps there are some I have missed, but a lot of the complaints have been a load of horse crap. I mean there is a massive f***ing plantantion next to the site of non-native trees, and the area is farm land with lower levels of biodiversity to begin with comparitevly to the flow land near there.
