Spade is alking about absolete tech. Stirling Engines can be used to generate at even lower temps than 95 deg C.
What matters is the temp difference between hot and cold plates, but to make it more efficient, there are ways to cool the cold plates even more, essentiallyfor free. One of them, a low-tech fridge/freezer buried in the ground, uses windchill through coils of copper pipes, heat exchangers and so on. It requires practically no energy to operate, just a small battery, yet you can freeze stuff with it !!

For generation that are alternatives to using pressure to run a turbine.
One of them is a Stirling Engine.

When I did a rough model of deep geothermal for wells, I was only assuming 60 deg C.

95 deg C is GREAT & exceeds expectations! Don't forget that there are ways of makin the flow hotter using stratification tanks to seperate the temperature distribution into different layers.

Modifying the heat exchanging properties at the bottom of the well (or loop if two wells) could yield alot of benefits. Also, more surface contact with the flow means more area to heat whichever fluid is used, which is also another variable that could yield benefits, like a mix of CO2 and water to give some fizz and penertrate the rock more at the bottom, and collect some of it again in a trompe system.

Let's try a little exercise, comparing Igas with siccar:

Don't know the time period though for that $360m, so don't know the discount to apply.

Assuming it's $32.72m monthly, and 10% discount over 1yr gives:
sum=32.72*(1+(1-0.0083)+(1-0.0083)^2+...(1-0.0083)^10)=32.72*(1-0.99167^11)/(1-0.99167)~32.72*10.55~$345.29m in 2021 dollars (~372.13 in 2022)

In this case it may be really worth 1.19+ 0.37= $1.56bn in 2022 dollars.

So, if Igas is at 2000boed then with a naive calculation(assume same average oil price),
Igas could be worth up to (2/9)*$1.56bn~$0.347bn~£286m.

If this pleasant gentleman Doug can raise investment in the same way, the sp of this could sky-rocket to over 200p instead of just 20p , but this would be provided no more stock was issued..

However, if they knew the value would multibag then they wouldn't need to issue much stock.

If people can heat their homes, replacing all gas use, by utilising ground source heating with a heat exchanger system, then what can be done 3-8km down ? It's only a matter of how the heat is harvested and insulated on it's way back to the surface.
I figure that they could , even at 3km , capture useful thermal energy output equivalent to the oil production from an oil well.

Lots of upside potential from utilising wells the govt wanted to decommission.

If they support geothermal, they will be pushed over in court ,
for contradicting themselves on net zero and "the science" by being against well reuse.

The guy even pointed it out on a chart.
Current sp range vs around 60p price target. Others say 85p.
In the greater context of factors like lawsuits & liabilities becoming assets,
the sp range we are in right now is essentially nothing. Very very cheap.

Equity Value= Shares Outstanding * Share Price=Market Cap
Decommissioning provisions "DP" are a subset of Liabilities "L".
Net Debt== Long term D ebt "pay over 12mth" + Short term Debt "pay within 12mth" - Cash & cash equivalents.
Net Debt = LTD +STD - CCE
Enterprise Value = Equity "Mcap"+Preferred Stock +Noncontrolling Interests+Net Debt
Mcap+PS+NCI= Public & Private Equity Value. Lawsuits are subset of NCI.
EV=PPEV+Net Debt
Non-Operating Assets=CCE
new CCE = old CCE + new earnings
new L= old L + DP
LS= LAWSUIT.
new A = old A + LS ,
new E = old A + LS - (L +DP)
new PPEV = old PPEV + (LS - DP)
So, new EV= old PPEV + (LS - DP) + new Net Debt , where new NetDebt= Total Debt *(interest factor ) - new CCE.
The debt is low as they've paid it off in previous years.

except that if there's hardly anyone trading the stock and eps is fixed or declining,
then the sp will be pretty much fixed, or decline slightly, which is what's happening.
Solution: RAISE EPS BY RAISING EARNINGS AS WELL AS BUYBACKS.
