Positive news from Bayotech is available for those who want some more info aboiut partner companies, for instance. Also, government officials have had meetings with key members of Igas about geothermal district heating systems, and it's installment at UK hospitals and large UK govt buildings.

Tbh, in the past I have heavily talked down this stock so that I could buy in, but I and others made some recommendations to Igas and they are turning their company around, with liabilities becoming assets, which will upturn the balance sheet for those looking at fundamentals. Also, new customers are signing contacts with Igas.

Short term traders can go talk it down and short it all they want, but it doesn't change what assets will be on the balance sheet. At some point, they'll get squeezed and pay a heavy price.

True, I meant "condense" not "compress". Although, there are compressors on heat pumps b/c they are just glorified refrigerators in reverse. The compressor is for the refrigerant. This heating option isn't good for most UK homes. Running costs will be too high b/c insultation is not perfect and homes need to be breathable.

Only issue is that the hydogen boiler industry are trying to push them into people's homes.
I disagree with this because of the increased chance of exploding houses, but I do advocate for fuel cells installed OUTSIDE HOMES that would provide independent power to run ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEMS.

This can still be done with water-based plumbing, or you could even directly heat some air and circulate that through an isolated pipe that just gives off the radiative heat to the surroundings.

The cheapest install option is to use ELECTRIC RADIATIVE HEATING, but bills will be higher, hence the need for a domestic electric power generator of some type.

Well, I guess that all bases are covered. With the new gas boiler ban coming up in 2025, people won't have many viable options to heat their homes. Solar is one, but only if you live quite far down south. My guess is that air heat pumps that just compress outside cold air will soon be exposed as a giant fraudulent scheme supported by tory MPs with investments in the UK's national grid and so on. However, some heat pump systems are more viable like the systems in Norway that use waste heat from INSIDE LARGE STRUCTURES (200+ people), recycle via heat-exchangers , but STILL occasionally use backup GAS-heating systems.

Heating oil will obviously be banned and so will wood burners b/c of particles that are supposed to trigger asthma, etc - but don't actually do that in reality. So, after eliminating all of the current & main tory suggested options, that only leaves geothermal and hydrogen.

I suggest that geothermal be used on a district/community level & hydrogen for individual homes that are away from sharable heat sources, but to supply fuel cells that power electrical heating systems instead of a water-based systems run on heat.

- I can't find the link to do with fossil fuel-loving ICE vehicles but there is a recommendation being put out there to fully top up to put less strain on fuel filtration systems and because in the cold weather expected soon E10 petrol and will freeze in the tank (diesel will also, but for different reasons). E10 petrol also corrodes plastic/rubber components and creates moisture that corrodes metal via rusting reactions.

So, if people take their advice, the demand for oil will increase during the cold period
we are about to experience, which maybe why brent oil is still in the 70s/80s.
The expectation over the next few years is more of the same.

I've seen it suggested that 2022 heat waves around the world
were caused by suddenglobal warm due to th eruption of the Tonga volcano in the Pacific,
which released millions of tonnes of steam into the (normally dry) stratosphere.

Looks like China was last because it was closest to the eruption,

until mid-June when the cloud was entering the troposphere.

So, seems that none of those 2022 heat waves were really man-made,
but they were made by nature, due to one very powerful volcano.

Unless another volcano like that goes off and creates another heatwave,
I expect 2023 & 2024 to get colder and colder due to Earth-orbit-induced Milankovitch cycles.

If they kept up the recent rate they've been buying it'd take about 12y to buy them all.

Anyway, it's good to see that Kerogen Capital is now based in London,
which means that the Hong Kongers holding the stock can visit go Igas production sites for themselves,
and maybe convince other dissidents to come over and invest.

If these Hong Kongers eventually own a large section of UK energy production capacity,
perhaps they could have a positive effect on swaying govt net zero policy to something more realistic.

Looks likely that there's going to be an RNS update in a few days,
so based on previous candlestick patterns,
short term swing traders should go long for about a week or more.

Buy tomorrow, go long & maybe sell at around 25.50.
Looks achievable in the next couple of weeks.

It's tends to be shot down a bit now and again b/c some traders are using EBITA models that have lower fair value (20s to 30s) than the majority of other models (30s to 40s). Fair value models depend on the assumptions they put in. In April, this will really move b/c a big earnings discrepancy will be like throwing a wrench into their computing machines. Also, costs maybe substantially under what they expected. One more RNS update or bit of positive news, then I'd probably say strong buy. At the moment it seems to be in a short-term swing trade holding pattern, so I will say to investors to hold their powder for now.

An Igas investment certainly has those for some investors & swing traders,
who have been lucky enough to have had spare cash to take opportunities during dips.
