"Bought at 80p sold at 35p"
HeresHopin: Who are you talking about?
It isn't me... I sold mine when the this stock was booming.
Most of the time, I was averaging down and not selling at all.
If holders want to make a profit on this, average down and sell off tranches of your investment at higher than your average price, and this will stimulate the price action. Sell off your other investments that are top heavy, because they are also at risk of crashing at any time, even FTSE 100 stocks aren't safe as you've seen in recent years.
If they are paying out a dividend, they can be especially vunerable if the dividend gets suddenly cut or is not paid out, but if the company has the cash to buyback then you are flying, however some of these companies are foolishly buying back at the top of the market which isn't wise. Better to buy at the bottom, like with this stock.
