Only significance is that it indicates a reasonable turnovere and with their stated plans to expand into SE UK . that has scope for growth ... and you'd hope profitability ... a listing no doubt would fund such expansion..

Avon is clearly in bed with Superdrug as per recent article in Retail Week … so I don’t think that’s likely or an option.

A certain logic points to Bodycare , otherwise why the change of Reg address to that of Bodycare … B/c are seeking expansion, so you’d hope a back door listing (RTO) will help them achieve that ?

Jambone , is Bob not trying to widen the scope of QBT’s available objections …. Thereby helping them with any appeal they may decide to make … which may be (if misguided) helpful to QBT…. It’s how I read it ? No ?
