No idea mate …. I don’t think that’ll become clear till it’s understood (1) how any RTO will be structured ; which in turn must link to (2) what sort of value is applicable to the presently non-listed buyer of ITS on the RTO.

Crudely I suppose you could add ITS present value (450k??) to a value of the acquiring Co (B/c OR Baaj if it’s either of them them or some kind of new vehicle)

I’d hope the buyer will have some kind of value attributed , albeit they’re potentially going to be seeking funds to grow? So new share cap issued ??

What encourages me is that if it is B/c they have a decent established t/o and good potential for decent profitability and a stated intent to grow … 🙏

... as always with these things it will run to the wire ... lots to do with any RTO and advisers will want to maximise timelines ( let alone to maximsie their fees !!!) ...

IF (!!!) it is B/c...y/e for B/c accts was 31/12 , so as i've said before if that date is still applicable , I imagine they'll want to maximise the 9 mth filing deadline (30/9) , as opposed to reduce it to the 6 mths (30/6) required for Aim listings ... so certainly nothing before 31/12 ( assuming B/c accts filing date still aligns to 31/12 etc) ... IMO
