The correct full address for both B/c & ITS should read:-

9, Western Ave

Matrix Park

Buckshaw Vill,

Chorley

PR7 7NB

They've both used slightly abreviated evrsions ....

The ITS originally filed address was incorrect in that it gave Leyland as the town address and that was corrected to Chorley on 23/10 - same as B/c . Leyland / Chorley border one another ... so i gues an easy mistake !

My OCD .... with this subject ... is now over ! 🤣

Matrix Park is within Buckshaw Village .... so its absolutely the same address ! As Gold points out ... cant be 2 x 9 Western Aves ... with the identical postcode .... can you imagine the chaos if there were !!

… I would say voluntary strike off was at some point instigated by the POSC’s (I.e the Company itself) … hence the word ‘Voluntary’ …

… however for some reason they have asked for that to be suspended , usually to keep the Co going for one reason or another …. Potentially housekeeping of some kind , perhaps linked to other things and we all hope that’s a REPO announcement!
