In my experience, most de-rampers are nervous bed-wetters or trolls, nobody is paid and it makes little difference most of the time anyway. Shareholders want to attack those that trigger those nagging doubts at the back of their minds and the trolls like doing their thing. Ramping is much more likely to be effective IMO as greed is easier to harness.
