fusionboy It's not difficult to make the masks, your BOD purchased a carp machine, it wasn't a special machine, it's a generic design that can be manufactured by generic machines, they just need adjusting for the materials used, not difficult.

It seems to be consensus the rest of the extra shares will be issued next week? Things seem to happening at a reasonable pace now and updates of all kinds must be just around the corner, hopefully soon I'll have an answer when friends keep asking me how's that share doing?

Divi will be a whopper, how on Earth would the BOD move on with the JV expecting people to believe in them delivering if they don't bring home the bacon this time around, they are setting a precedent with this asset sale and it will be BIG.

I said BOD would raise a few days ago and very pleased with what they have done.

I knew it was going to when a certain Poster whose name begins with M started ramping it.

At this late stage I've still no idea what the divi is going to be but for new investors this surely looks like a win win, divi payout and then you get to take the same ride all over again that so may here have over the last couple of years with the JV.

I think the BOD have said all they can until the offer is ready to be announced, they've let us know nearly all the assets will be sold and that the dividend will be at a premium to the current SP IMO (ie. significant).
It therefor follows to me that the SP will drop significantly afterwards.
Big question is how how much is significant?

Orders are going to be at nice levels, put this one in the drawer and forget it, stumblebum will be found by someone who can use his nano sprinkles eventually and then you'll get your rewards, the new products will be interesting, masks though were never going to be company maker.
