Whilst concentrating on the trade plan you appear to totally ignore the reduction in salary which costs Mr. Parsons directly and you give him no credit for it. It might be that all the wells to be drilled are failures and the salary of Mr. Parsons is "risked" (partially). A little to be said for him against your conjecture.

This is just for contingency and negotiating from a position of strength in 2019. The cost of the wells depend on the final design and we will be able to advise when we commence what the budget is � for sure we can do them for 8M but we are actually exploring a few tweaks to the design which cost more but would provide more upside and better flow rates. Looking at the production track record on the Nighthawk official web site there is a new colourful schematic. I think they must have bought Chuck Wilson a new box of crayons to fill in his time doing nothing for the last few years whilst receiving $1 million for lack of competency. I would hate to see what they have given Rick. If you are wondering where the money has gone I think the answer will appear when it is seen how reluctant the Concert Party is to let to of the high returns on its loans.

It would be nice to know if the injection wells are injecting water at present time. I do not think they will inform shareholders. They do not want to make public what a mess they have made of waterflood and the company. The BOD are now sitting tight and paying themselves hugely as a reward for incompetence.

Cogcc shows gas produced, gas flared and gas utilised (energy for machinery etc) for each well. Hawk does not sell gas as not enough is produced to make it economical. Blackcomb 12-14 and Snowbird 16-15 are both on Cogcc and both did not inject for last three months. Both still producing water.

Just had a trawl through each of Hawks injection wells (including SWD) and it would appear none of the wells were injecting in Dec 2017 and Jan 2018. Could be a common reason or just an error in reporting.

Good links to waterflood. The mechanics of what is trying to be achieved seem complicated. The problem for Hawk is that they do not have time or money to change their approach. Oil production in the waterflood area has sadly declined. The two injection wells have not injected water for two months. Perhaps the company has plans to inject into a different formation such as Cherokee as the Spergen has failed so far. The small shareholders as usual are the last to know.

I do not know much about water flood either. I do not think they add too much to the water under the strict rules on contamination of the water table? It would require a lot of co-injection fluid to reduce the density of water (d=1) to below the density of light crude. I think they are more likely to add a co-solvent which allows the water and oil to become miscible but contamination is then a problem? Who knows?
