Had time enough in my long life to have a quack gander at the Nuog board. What strikes me is the lack of Sound investors, old or new, posting. It would appear the Mr Parsons duck has capsized in the water, tail up and legs paddling furiously, but there is nobody paying attention anymore. Exciting times.

Read the RNS issued on 11th October 2018 to bolster the share price and bring shareholders back on message. " a planned three exploration well campaign", " continues to make strong progress in relation to a gas sales agreement", and in relation to Sidi " the Company is now in discussion with a few remaining parties and will update the market in due course". Who would have thunk it?

If Sound manage to sell the Eastern Morocco portfolio I can't understand why they would move the rump(Sidi?) and put it into a shell company to leave behind a shell company with no assets(Sound). Seems a little convoluted.

A counter bid trumps all. It would have to be considered as to whether it was in the best interest of shareholders. Any previous recommendation would be withdrawn if it was. Exciting times.

Surely a counter bid can only be made after a bid is received,accepted and RNS'd. Does this mean that the process carries on into 2020 if Sound is so lucky to receive a bid and counter bid? Exciting times.

It's interesting to see the value of a reputation and how quickly it can change. Shouldn't we be touting this C4/ Nuog business as Sound 4. There once was a time when just a sniff of Mr Parsons involvement would bring forth a rash of potential investors and admirers. Was that only a few years ago?
