I think everyone is being a little unkind towards Mr Shaungreen, Ziggy, Mahatma. Someone posted earlier in the week that the legal representative was first mentioned on facebook. I think I preferred the alias of Ziggy, he seemed to have a direct line to Mr Parsons, something Mr Shaungreen would not have agreed with.

As an aside I think there will be another RNS soon. A pointless RNS with news of the GSA was posted just before the news of the Te10 failure. A leopard does not change his spots.

The gas is priced and sold to ONEE at the M04 tie in point of the Gazoduc Maghreb Europe pipeline ".

The figure for the sale of the 48,000 scuff/day at the MO4 the in point is significant. It represents a field output of 60,000,000 cubic feet/day after making allowance for the fact that Tendrara gas is only 81% methane. Exciting times

Mr Crudehope, did you recognise legal Fred? Have you seen him previously at Sound presentations? Appears like a character in a whodunit when the criminal is about to be unmasked.

Estimates for "pipeline and kit" at $160 million May be a tad low. FEED RNS dated 7th June 2018 suggests " a target internal rate of return for the Consortium and to a 'not to exceed' fee of US$45 million per annum" for 15 years. 15 x $45 million comes in at $675 million.

And Sound only pays 47.5% of costs.

Don't worry about being "kerchinged" by Plonkey. It happened to me. I did some research. Apparently it's okay to be kerchinged. But be careful. If you get "kerplonked" it is game over and you could lose your marbles.

I suppose you are right. Yet the reality is that the Nigerian well is producing after three weeks. Tax considerations do not appear to speed things up and the price received is real money. On paper the horst may be the better bet, but only on paper. You could probably write a book about it.

I posted the comparison because although the Nigerian discovery is of a slightly larger scale and nearer infrastructure it shows the Te5 horst is not too far away from being big enough for a larger company to want to develop it. And thus a positive for any sale. The daily and annual gas production figures are similar, both onshore, but the development costs much cheaper in Nigeria. And the chance of further discoveries more likely in Nigeria. Always interesting to look at independent figures. Don't want to be in any gang. Pear pressure. No wonder knife crime is on the rise.

Remember Amerisur? Received an unsolicited bid and decided to put itself up for sale. I noticed it is not as silent as the tight lipped Mr Parsons. Surprisingly, they are dealing with oil companies which are not as coy as the companies dealing with Sound. Sound like the silent type. So silent they do not exist. There are no bidders. Amerisur shares have stayed at the same price whilst Sound shares have flagged by a third of more. Mr Parsons is not sitting comfortably. He is squirming on the two thousand pounds he has "earned" since yesterday. Exciting times.
