I don't agree. I think putting money behind the same people and method is madness. The history of this share is that of failure to bring on a LE. The management have monrefused the world class discovery at the horst with a share value of 3p. No amount of discovery will move the share price back to previous values. Turning income into dividend is the only way forward. Otherwise the only thing income will be turned into is extortionate salaries for Brian, Mohammed, Legal Fred and the compliance team.

They could invest any amount into Nuog. And it could create a spike or surge. But what is the motivation? The history of such adventurers is not good. There is no money given away. The payback is heavily in favour of the major investors. Any investment is saddled with debt which must be paid back. A high interest will be charged. High salaries will be paid. Mediocre assets will be bought and praised to high heaven. Small investors will be dragged in . People will be scared to sell because they feel they will lose out on higher share prices. The plug will be pulled, the asset will not deliver, and the large investors will be seen to have been selling shares all along as the share price climbed. You might think honourable people do not behave in this way. Or are allowed to do so. Be careful. This is AIM. The wild west. The cowboys are in town and the shooting has already begun. Keep your head down.

This will be up to the JV once the deal is finalised. Repayment falls in summer 2021 so one option of course would be to repay this debt as it falls due or potentially roll it – but again this will be up to the JV.

I thought the debt belonged to Sound Energy. What has it got to do with the JV?

It is appropriate if you are comparing Nuog to Echo of include a comparison to Sound Energy. At the time of the takeover of Irg/Echo the share price of Sound Energy was 90p. The star of Mr Parsons et al was at its highest. Most of the interest in Echo was on the coat tails of what was happening at Sound Energy. The share price of Sound Energy is now 3p. The share price of Echo has fallen and is stagnated. There is little or no interest in Mr Parsons. He has achieved pariah status. There will be little oomph for the deal when it comes at Nuog. It will fall away quickly. Be careful. The transfer of wealth has already started. Notice the buys are small(shareholders) and the sells are big(cats).

Be careful..... You might not be comparing like with like. The star of Mr Parsons et al has fallen badly. The rise in Echo was fuelled by investor interest when the price of Sound Energy was at its highest and many thought it would be a case of repeating success. There are less believers now to propel these ventures higher. The management rely on inflated and exuberant expectations to spike the share price. The share price falls and investors are locked in at a high share price wondering who would be silly enough to sell shares in this wonder stock. You might realise eventually it is the people with a billion of these babies to sell. Investors are locked in Echo which has mediocre assets and little to move the share price higher. It could be a long wait. It will happen here also. Nothing is going to be given away by these masters of the universe. They will make money. That money will come from small shareholders. You

Mr Ericnat, why do you think we will soon know the name of the purchaser? There Is no evidence that the largest shareholders are massively aligned with the small shareholder. The BOD might have resigned because of lack of trust in that they could fulfil the will of the large shareholders. It is anything but clear as to whether shareholders will get regular returns from their investment and what size they would be in the event that was true. And isn't it wrong to suggest the share price will rise in any event? The opposite has been the case for years. Exciting times.

If the hype is believed and there will be an income from the Te5 horst of, let's guess, $20 million per year for fifteen years, then the "free carry" of $20 million exploration might end up costing $150 million.
