Sound has more cash than I expected and " following recent inbound interest in our Company " is an intriguing statement.

The share price is going down. I've no interest in this company or the shares. It is part of the conversation that is Mr Parsons, Marco Fumigalli and debt.

I'm sure you've read it before. Just substitute Sound, Coro, Echo or Regency Mines for Nu-og. It is a toxic mixture. The management of your company is working against you. That's why the share price dips when you think good news has been released. What is going on here is a tried and tested method of relieving small shareholders of their money. It is an intricate web. Don't be fooled.

Hey. Great things happening here. RGM rescued and now has cash in the bank ( post 23rd December). But is this a mirage? A world class CEO like Mr Parsons requires a world class remuneration. Last year at Sound Energy that amounted to £995,000. £499,000 of that was salary,£192,000 was a performance award and £300,000 was additional award(?). The year witnessed the Sound share price collapse to 3p The drilling performance was abysmal. Perhaps Mr Parsons saw the writing on the wall and decided to make hay while he could. Of course, it helped that Marco Fumagalli was on the remuneration committee. Both are shareholders and directors of C4 Energy. Marco earned £52,000 for his non-executive services. Is that a conflict of interest I hear you ask?

These people are out to take your money. Either through salary or the selling of billions of shares. They haven't started yet. Keep your own money in your own pockets of it will become theirs. The cash RGM shareholders think they have is earmarked for you know who.

They've cleared a few tree stumps. The rest is "subject to", " planned " and " under consideration ", " scheduled " and "estimated". It is probably overgrown again. There is no trumpeting because nothing has been done. They will allow you to imagine what you like. Anything to get this dog moving so they can offload 7,000,000,000 shares at 0.0275p and eke out a profit for themselves. Don't get lumbered with worthless paper.

Any new investor should be made aware that there is effectively an investment tax on every share bought in RGM. At present it is about 45%. We all like paying taxes don't we? There are billions of shares on the horizon at 0.0275p (and below). The C4 Energy consortium will well them to you and pocket any premium you are willing to pay. The next raise will be eye watering in number and a flood of even cheaper share will arrive. Avoid the mistake.

Most investors hope for share price appreciation. When your own management, the CEO, the CFO and Chairman are working against that chance, toxicity levels for the shareholder are fatal. There is nobody within the company who can be trusted. Those people who are in a position of trust and do not speak out are equally culpable. Resigning, as a a result of force or not, is not acceptable. There is no upside in this company. It is working to eradicate your wealth for its own gain. And it will succeed. Steer well clear. Doing nothing is not an option. The management options will reduce value to zero. This management have no interest in battery metals or electric cars. It is a poisonous mix that works for C4 Energy and no one else. Avoid.

The fact that a stake can be bought and raised is indicative of a market awash with RGM shares. They are not being held with any conviction. Small shareholders playing Gordon Gekko. There should be a corresponding rise in share price, but there isn't. A lot of churning going on. Don't get caught out. The future is in the hands of C4 Energy and the flooding of a sodden market with over 7,000,000,000 shares. Then all value will be washed away.

Mr JTF, learn "how to spell". Learn "to spell" is something Mr Harold Potter would do.

If there is anything learnt from his time at Sound Energy, Mr Parsons has shown his inability to build and establish a company. His forte is micro-cap:sell the potential; make the promise; sell the shares. When you are bottom dredging nobody notices the damage you do. You can move on and be far away before the carnage becomes apparent. And anyway, they are his pictures and his recordings so he can destroy the evidence, can't he? Regency Mines is at the bottom of the ocean and ripe to be dredged. If you want to see your future then look at his past. Some (the few) will see multibaggers and he will encourage it. For the many it will be wipe out and he will ignore it. His payout will be guaranteed from day one and it will continue to the very last day. The very last day is defined as the day you notice your pockets are empty and you look up the road to see Mr Parsons skedaddling along, with his pockets bulging, getting into a fast car (not electric) driven by a laughing Mr Fumagalli.

Why don't you tip your toe back into the water and buy a few hundred thousand of these little babies without telling anyone about it? Then you wouldn't have to tell everyone you are not buying any but you might next week.

I suspect you are misleading for a reason. But if I have been wrong in all my posts then perhaps I should bow to your knowledge and experience. Although if anyone wanted to verify your story they need only contact their broker. Mine says different to what you are saying.

Disgraceful to say you cannot buy these. They are freely available in the tens of millions. The idea of a short squeeze is nonsense. The reason for the large number of shares traded is because of the same people churning their holdings. No one is buying to hold. Ordinary shareholders are being misled. Dangerous time for the naive, small shareholder.

The negative stuff is not for an experienced trader like yourself. You obviously know how a cookie crumbles. I agree with Mr TrickyDickyTwo. Ordinary investors need to be protected against individuals who " have many irons in the fire" and would put anything in print to earn an extra one hundredth of a pence. Remember what he says. When you move on someone is left holding worthless shares in your wake. What you do is not illegal but with all the name calling and verbal bullying you use it may one day be so. You should be ashamed.
