I have asked if there will be a TR-1 notice for the shares issued in the placing (7%) and have got confirmation that there will be, once the shares are issued. That would be 13th January 2020.

Mr Wizard, you posted recently to advise everyone to look at my posting history. It's still there. I refer you to my post of 17th December 2019 when I wrote : " I've no interest in this company or the shares". I understand the anger of a seasoned investor like yourself and why I am abused. I post in the hope people will think twice about making new investments here and the odds that are stacked up against them before they even start. Hugs and kisses from me.

Read the RNS. It alludes to a share price of 15p. Wow! The share price is going to rise to 15p. Or higher. That is what you're supposed to latch onto and buy the shares. Push up the price. Why? The management are trying to cushion for poor news. If the share price was going to rise what is the need for options?

Or does anyone else think it is strange that an RNS was released today. Would it not have been better to wait and see what the result of the vote on 23rd December 2019 is before issuing this news. Would the seller of the asset be more inclined to do the deal with a settled company where the owners are known rather than gamble on what the outcome of the vote is? A need to prop up the share price. The truth is the result of the vote is foregone ( whatever the " short sqeeze" group tried to stir up) and the voice of the small shareholder is immaterial to the new owners, C4Energy. But the money of small shareholders IS required. Keep feeding it to these people and they will issue as many shares as you want to buy. Worthless paper.

Two directors of C4energy being Mr Parsons and Mr Fumagalli. But I did ask " shareholder". The two new people inserted at Nuog, by C4Energy, Mr Jay Bhattacherjee and Mr Andrew Dennan are shareholders in C4Energy. Mr Andrew Dennan is ,I think, CFO at Coro but I have never seen it mentioned there that he is a C4Energy shareholder. Interesting incestuous relationships between all these people and it would do well to ponder who these people are really working for.

Do you know if Martin Hull is a shareholder in C4Energy? Who holds the debt in Echo? Greenberry?

Whatever you think of Marco, Mr Parsons is far worse. Marco would have achieved nothing at Sound without him. Mr JJ and Brian are also in the frame. And those who walk away without saying anything.

I think this is what is going on here. A real life example. Anonymous investors the norm for Sound. No obvious connection. Just shy. The coffers need to be filled. I think people close to the company, now or in the past, know what is going on but turn a blind eye. Unforgivable. Who, in all honesty, has any interest in Sound equity just because Bojo wine an e!ection.

It's interesting that Tommy Winnifrith leaked news of the cash raise last evening and he has been vilified for doing so. Everyone hates Tom. Blame him. Not the leaky boat at Sound. Not Mr Parsons, Mr JJ or the loveable Mr Marco.

Contrast when Tommy W. leaked the letter sent by Mr Trellis to Sound. It wasn't the horrible Mr Winnifrith to blame for that. No. That cruelly intentioned Mr Trellis was the ogre. The villain.

Perhaps some apologies should be made.

Mr Parsons knows shareholders like to see directors with " skin in the game". That's why this message was included in the RNS. He's one of us. He's going to put his money where his mouth is. Well maybe. It is only an intention. You have to drive the share price up to silly heights first of all. Then he'll buy these babies at 0.0275p and sell. But you'll know when he does. He has to RNS his dealings doesn't he? Well maybe. Ask him about his trading plan. His plan will be selling his shares- at arms length - he'll be telling shareholders to buy and hold whilst he sells. Something to look forward to. And 300,000,000 in options.

If they bought in the open market the money does not go to the company. I suppose the placing is cheaper than an open offer. I supplied the answer for information. This post in no way advocates anyone should buy or sell the shares.

SO. I was interested in the comment of "recent inbound interest" and as mentioned below asked for confirmation.

FWiW - Sound have confirmed to me that the inbound interest was people showing an equity interest in Sound after the result of the general election. Which they decided to take advantage of and make a raise.
