The BOD has not given shareholders the reason for this move. It could be tactical to hold the shares in treasury or cancel them to increase the share value. As the BOD together holds only 1.7 per cent they do not own very many shares nor does 1.7 per cent give me any reassurance that they are acting in the best interests of the shareholders. The BOD is effectively asking the shareholders to trust them in their decisions. Well how do you read this statement by the Chairman? 4. Recommendation Your board recommends you to vote in favour of the resolution as they intend to do in respect of their own beneficial holdings amounting in aggregate to 40,002 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Why would the BOD spend the cash in the bank that could be used for working capital by buying back shares? I would be very interested in a good reason.

So the question you should ask yourself is if and why the BOD are selling their shares? Does the BOD believe there is a future for BIOM or is it going down the pan and the only out for them is to use the cash in the bank to buy back their shares? thoughts please.

The SP will have to increase to £6.40 just to break even for most shareholders. Although BIOM has 3.9M in the bank and the marcap is 2.67M BIOM cannot afford to buy back all the shares. I'm not selling mine under £7.

3 to 4 period, not 304 period!

The fundamentals in BIOM are OK as they have a patented product, UK government research funding for lignin and the research is being done by Warwick university and BIOM. The Stanelco part of BIOM has developed a prototype for Durapipe which should generate revenues in excess of £2m over a 304 year period. Stanelco also makes fiber optic furnaces. BIOM has cash £3.9m in the bank which is higher than its marcap of £1.82m today. My view is that BIOM needs a sales team. More orders are required in the company. From my experience by telephoning BIOMK, it is very difficult to buy anything as there doesn't seem to be anyone available to take a sales call. i called a large plastic goods manufacture in the UK who had never heard of BIOM and did not know what BIOM has to offer. BIOM's team tends to be a bit passive, when what they need is a professional sales team. Job done. No charge for this consultancy advice, Mr. Mines !

Nearly twice as many buys than sells and the price goes down. That proves to me that the MMs are playing with this stock and playing a silly game. I have lost all faith in the London AIM market. Obviously run by a motley bunch of in-and-out amateurs. No wonder there are so many delisters from AIM. Very soon, there won't be an AIM market.

I don't think that Paul Mines and the BOD want to see their shareholdings vanish into thin air and they have more shares than I do in BIOM. They have enough cash in the bank to get through this period and increase sales. The lignin product they are working on looks promising and it is a pity that we haven't had an update on this new product. Paul, if you are reading this board, give us some positive news!

The RNS is an excellent plan to exit AIM and go onto a proper listing. we are all in here to invest money, not have it eroded by the UK bourses. Many people have lost faith in London markets because whilst all the other markets are bullish, London is still on holiday in bear land. I have a lot of faith in Dmitry Genkin to make money for himself, RUSNANO (aka the Russian government) and XEN and Farmsintez shareholders. Let's face it, the AIM market is way down and does not offer fair value for its shares. For example BIOM has more cash in the bank than its shares are worth. Where is the logic in that?
