If TFG did pump more money into getting the P2 over the line, would there actually be further dilution, or because it would be de-listed at that point then would it not make any difference?

In HL the money has been taken and shares are in a different row for the OO. However, I expect that if it all does go through then the new shares from the OO should simply be amalgamated with the existing shares, rather than being separate. Suggests to me that nothing formal has happened yet

Never been in this sort of situation before but if SNG de-list before I can bail out, what happens to my shares? Do I still own the same % of the company as I did before de-listing, I just have a much harder task ahead if I want to sell those shares? How would you sell those shares in the future?
