I won't be able to form any opinion of its significance but the outcome is that in this period SP increased from 98 to 105... It is an obvious change of pattern but we won't know if it will come back or not

It is incredible what happens with MTRO 30 transactions 2h before closing... I find this manipulation debilitating on the other hand it gives me the hope that at least someone it takes the trouble to do that.

I made the fatal mistake to believe that GSK won't fall from 15 in the expectation of the slit.... I see now that not even the activist HF are immune to sharp SP falls. I wish I would have had you inspiration to sell half of the holding...

I loaded more on the fall (still bad timing as it fell further) and I agree with you the next crystallisation point will be at results. However the experience in the summer was painful so I am not sure what to expect.... Even good results are not immune from falls

1. SP is public info everyone can check them so it is not what I say but what the charts show
2. you make some inarticulate statements " you are thenLSE ponzi scammer" - what basis do you have to make your statements? Everyone can look to all my posts I am a long time holders in good or bad times. It is highly disturbing to see the narrative
3. It is interesting to see that when the facts contradict all your forced pushes you start to insult people who recall your hard sells

This is a board to respectfully and considerate share principles, there may be other more appropriate for hard selling and insults

This is my opinion/ observations DYR. Sometimes SP does not move at all with the fundamentals but with cash flow need or panic especially for SP with large exposure to US funds. I have see it on quite few SP.

Given that it will be no crystallisers for a coupe of months HF may not want to keep the cash still they go out and back in when they expect some news. GSK is treated different from AZN as its most value is in the turn around and split not in its intrinsic value.

Just my thoughts, however this is post rationalisation as I was taken by surprise as well. DYR

Fat, very good entry for QQ well done, I was a bit to high and toped. You may want to look into BT fell 20% , Drahi activist investor in, change of chair and prospective sales of BT Sport - DYR

GSK managed to leaved me speechless again with 9% drop in a month, this shows that not even the HF are immune to cash flow pressure. This Friday will be triple witch on NYSE, huge amounts of cash would change hands. I am curious if GSK will recover next week when NYSE storm will fade.

Any thoughts?

Fat, on BAE I am in 2 minds, you may need to look into 5 years trend: it is enough mid term volatility, BUT long term is flat. You may want to consider some threshold corridors. Just a thought

Frankly I haven't expected GSK to fall, lesson learned, not even the activist hedge funds are immune to falls

Manunited31, I stopped assuming anything about MTRO as there is hardly any rational.

I pray to god that it may be an activist investor to take DF down or at least push him as on GSK & Hurricane. The only explanation for the huge spread in the last 2 month I can think of is that the stock is bought by the MM so it needs a higher % to hold

If anyone has any other explanation I would be interested to hear it

Manunited31 look to some of my old notes, the spread had been one day even 7%, both who sell and buy on these spreads are ripped of by the MM

These "prices" are so so so misleading and intended to make the investors panic. I try for weeks to buy .98 but they are only sell of 5 - 15 shares at these levels all the proper transactions are at 102-103.

I will be trapped here for longer than I thought .... and I don't see yet light at the end of the tunnel; if anyone does I would be happy to hear

We managed to reach an an amazing record 146 transactions per day which is 3.3 min between transactions. It would be easier to knock on peoples doors and sell 1£ shares.

Maybe we should consider raisin crowd funding, then we could make it really people's bank, buy all the shares and sack D as I lost my patience with him .

Would the GVT allow such a take over? BT is an infrastructure trademark .... Would they consider that it is a security risk?
