In terms of risk going forward re claims. What many on here dont realise is that this has now been extended to Unregulated Asset finance business. Ie HP / Lease for Ltd companys / partnerships. So its now NOT just about Aunty Bettys commission of £200 paid for her 10k Nissan micra anymore. This applies to all funders in this sector & banks & Manufacturer finance. Just an utter mess and wasn't required to happen
