Quick Google search states:

I like the bit - "indicating a potential hydrocarbon reservoir zone with high permeability...

and then

A "hydrocarbon reservoir zone with high permeability" refers to a geological formation containing oil or gas where the rock has a high capacity to allow fluids to flow through it easily, meaning hydrocarbons can be extracted from the reservoir at a faster rate due to the large pore spaces and well-connected pathways within the rock matrix; essentially, a zone where oil and gas can readily move through the rock with minimal resistance.

We need results & strong cashflow now, its been a very long wait. Salt Wash? / JV development of the PD Basin, etc etc!.

Trades have been very small for 4 years +. A large trade would be someone spending £500,000 - £1m. Anything much less is a small trade.... full stop. MKT CAP will only go up when our own production does. I hold a lot of shares & fingers crossed.

Time for talk / piffle has now without doubt ended, results & net income is what we need now. No more talking, cashflow is king to justify a larger mkt cap and thus a higher share price. Same as it was with ZPHR 4 years ago. Much talk, no production, save the non ops. We all live in hope.

FOlks, investors in ZPHR and its future dont sell when drilling starts ffs!, only the shabby little traders will buy and sell. The spread is big, so good luck to them. Also the daily trade volumes are utter toffees. My cat could invest more day to day.

· The wellbore investor has acquired a direct 50% non-operated interest in the State 36-2R wellbore (the "wellbore interest") for US$7.5 million to fully-fund all expected drilling, completion and production testing costs (including contingency).

Just a thought, but if the US Investor is game for $7.5m with no real security, then surely it wouldmake sense for them to buy several Million $@s of ZPHR shares?. Or is that insider dealing?.

The Company will provide further details on the timing of drilling operations and the broader development outlook for 2025 once the rig contract has been signed.

They have the option to buy back the 50% funder split at a DISCOUNT if the funder wants to sell their share post drill

There is no issuance of Zephyr's equity or any form of debt as part of the funding, and the wellbore investor will not receive any further interest or option in the Paradox project. In addition, Zephyr has retained a right of first refusal to repurchase the working interest at a discount to fair market value in the event that the wellbore investor chooses to sell its 50% non-operated working-interest in the future.

50% of a gusher is better than 100% of nothing. This sets a solid footing for ZPHR on the paradox & can only lead to further industry interest / farm in's etc. Bear in mind, the investor MUST be super confident of success, OR they just lost $7.5m

I can nice rise's over the next few days / weeks / months.
