ZPHR have been a bit like a Salesman constantly talking and talking about how many leads / deal they have on the go, playing the big man. However, that salesman get fired, why?, because he talks a good game, BUT never ever closes a deal to bring on the Cash. The best salesman dont talk and babble on, they just close the deals and bring in the bacon. No more talking, interveiws, Twitter etc, none of this adds any value in any way, infact, it has the opposite effect, just plain daft. Close the deals please CH and lets drive this fecker on
