They sghould have shut all stores 15 years ago ( atleast ) and done everything ONLINE from a large warehouse, aka Amazon. High street has been utterly fooked for many many years, its called massive overheads which arent covered by profits.

Rabbits in the headlights the BOD here, 20 years out of date. get rid of all the overheads, they not needed. Online and van delivery, end of story = higher margins, low overheads.
