and I stand by it as its my personal belief that the market is less worried about them losing these cases than it is about them getting paid when they win. With that in mind I believe that an update on being paid the $9-10M will go some way to assuaging those concerns and help secure the sp at these levels and above.

Aside from some reckless pumpers, no one said that the market would wait forever for an update either.

I think they need to update on this one..

Aren't these fairly private hearings too? If so doubt they'll say too much for fear of annoying the judges. Want them on our side I'd hope.

Year end financial results were for last July! Shame they didn't manage a quarterly or half yearly update beforehand to give them something more up to date to discuss imo.

Watching for their hydrogen levels from clink with some interest actually. Keep seeing that "green" hydrogen is an expensive fad and that if its going to have a place then drilling for it is the answer and then presumably having a plant nearby.

Will have to have a closer look at their logistics for dealing with selling theirs should it be commercial as still playing catch up here.

Don't all projects have an end date? This one now has ten years to find more resources where they are or to pick up and develop another play.

Said ten years to give them chance to develop it and get it onto production should present plays not grow as they explore.

Agree AIM can be depressing and watching speculative shares with no revenue fly whilst revenue generating plays such as this seemingly stay rangebound forever but do think that when the markets gets an RNS stating 30 days gazetting followed by 90-180 days for permission to drill it sees a 7 month timeline before actual drilling starts not four and is likely going to be right too imo.

Sounds great for the small causes not so great for shareholders who could well be subjected to seemingly endless selling as the ceo decides to gift their rises to worthy causes by dumping stock?

Think this needs clarifying.

Seems that yes with an ICC case local courts can annul but again only under certain strict circumstances so would seem in ICC cases its important to have the hearing in a law abiding country. (imo of course)
