I've been doing some reading on this project since the RNS was released. It really is an enormous project and could be a company maker for WSG. It's nearly operational so we should get lots more meat on the bone very shortly.

Great news today. looks like this contract could be massive - the biggest one yet for the company!!

The reserves approval that we are awaiting is for Kluchiki. Once this is received a second wash plant can be installed.
The new drilling is for other areas on the licence which will help speed up approvals for mining in the future.

Quindell - doesn't make sense for the BOD to do anything detrimental to the company when they own 60% of JAN

I think it's a terrible deal. £1.75 million in cash, most of which is deferred. The RNS says the 25 million shares represents 33% of ValOre but this will be diluted very substantial as ValOre have to do a large placing to buy the asset and take it forward. Perhaps JAN will end up with 15 to 20%.
The vanadium asset JAN is left with looks promising but it is very early stage and Vanadium prices have been declining.

How low can the SP go? I can see it back at the IPO price at this rate.

Yes, should move higher now with City gone and some good news this morning. It's possible we could be above 5p by the end of the day as hopefully there is no big seller now.

Orslega - you've been in this share since the beginning. What do you know about this Marr character and his involvement with the company as I think he was an original shareholder before NCT listed on AIM?

Today's TR-1 was released because the shareholder was diluted by the placing, not because he recently bought more shares. I think this character was involved with the company prior to it being listed on AIM as Northcote Energy

C7 - I think it is very likely that the 6 million trade @ 3.7p was from someone who bought a chunk of the City Financial shares
