I think OFGEM have to be seen to be treating all these companies on a level playing field but have subsequently tarred them all with the same brush. Even if there have been some irregularities, there may be a slap on the wrist & then a fine and then they can all get on with their business. The dip this morning was a gem of an opportunity to top up and get more divi which goes ex on 29th May. I have every confidence Alkane will come out trumps. Am I 'boverred' - no, storm in a tea cup. All imo of course.

Are not always a good thing as think some were tripped this morning with the 20% drop, quickly recovered with buy limit orders. OFGEM investigation will hang over ALK for a time, then it will all blow over - brilliant.

I sold the last of my holdings yesterday as I thought the SP rise had run out of gas. Markets hate uncertainty but it now presents me with another buying opportunity around the 20p mark. How fickle is the market.

I think it was a two month test from mid may so maybe no confirmed results before July. However, if the EWT is looking positive, I expect there will be some upward momentum on the SP before any official RNS .

The market's undecided and the spread can be daylight robbery but SP is holding up better than I had expected.

Looks like this could settle back to Edisons tentative NAV of 10.2-10.7p until further news.

Not sure I fully understand the last RNS. HG seem to have more voting rights but not more shares. Tied up with the CLN I think.

About time this ticked up.

Crude oil futures move above $60pb. Recent edison notes on valuations even without the shale interest. EDR's shut-in well at Waddock Cross more viable as oil price increases.

I think EDR has been overlooked, with UKOG taking the limelight. EDR should come into its own now that more news & research is breaking in general.

Whether to hold EDR or ALK. EDR for the speculative element and ALK for the steady income stream and growth potential. I see the two companies as complementary & in the end I just had to have both, so have split my investment between the two. Agree, EDR could multi-bag with higher risk / reward. Another UKOG here - that would be nice but trying to stay realistic and not get too carried away. Edison note was encouraging.

As all the resolutions were passed at the AGM, I guess that also means payment of the dividend to those on the share register at end of May.
