Looking to get L2. As an occasional trader, is LSE L2 good enough or would anyone recommend a different platform. LSE L2 seems one of the cheapest.

I looked up Millenium International Management LP and they do have $m at their disposal. As tomglan says, tin hat time and hope for a bid.

Is DLG close to year low ? Had to top up this morning.

Just renewed my car insurance with DLG. Up just over 6% on last year. Couldn't be bothered to shop around as was in the ball park of what I expected. The new 'renewal vs new customer' pricing structure next year will affect all motor insurance and will probably be just as successful as the energy price cap was until it all went wrong.

Seems to be heading in the wrong direction.

My average here is around 1350p so I'm underwater by the next 12months dividends so a bit disappointed. Separation plans on track, 20 products in the pipeline with 10 possible blockbusters etc etc etc. This is just the market attempting to take shares off PI's by depressing their capital value. If the divi was to be cut to say 50p from 80p, that still represents a decent return over cash. Further update in June I think will be better received and hoping the sp will recover back to my average by that time.

Avoid catastrophic thinking on the day of the Winter Solstice and the Great Conjunction of Jupiter & Saturn. There is no proof that the new strain of Covid 19 is more virulent than the first. Normal course of a virus to mutate. Could be a blessing in disguise if new strain causes less severe symptoms & allows the build up of antibodies. Vaccine rollouts have commenced. Great excuse for France / EU to flex their muscles by trying to isolate the UK ahead of the end of the transition period because they can't have unfettered access to our territorial waters. EU countries now showing their hands at last. Buying opportunity across many stocks today. Have 50% of my portfolio in SAGA with no stop losses now back to near my average 218p. Things will look much sunnier by Spring. UK needs to adopt a wartime spirit and show fortitude. As W.Churchill said 'When going through hell, keep going'.

This restores some confidence. If we don't see 20p by Friday I shall be surprised but IMHO etc etc.

Pianista, holding 10,000 shares with a right to buy of 1:100 is 100 shares not 1000, which is an outlay of £50 at 50p / share.

£40k was no Ordinary trade, it was Exceptional. As long as it isn't an incorrectly tagged MM trade, it was certainly one of confidence.

Now Blackrock have sold just over 5m shares, could there be a slight recovery. There does seem to be a slight upward trend at the moment but VTU ex-dividend tomorrow.
