I recently removed my stop losses at 270p & 260p as I suspected there would be a final attack by MM's to wrestle shares from pi's for their friends in the city prior to the quarterly update on 26th Aug. Note how the price held up yesterday with over 20m shares traded, yet today, with less than one tenth of that traded, the SP is down 5%. Expecting these to bounce over 300p when results are digested. Roll on main listing.

Think this is a further attempt by the very institutions that want OPAY as part of their holdings to panic pi's into selling. There were some large after hours trades again today. Part of the highlighted text also includes this very important sentence: "....the Acquisition is a further major step forward in reducing the Optimal Payments Group's customer concentration & mitigating principle customer exposure and risk whilst establishing a well rounded and broad customer base diversified across individual merchants, geographic regions and business verticals...." And further reading should assuage some fears that such an appropriately timed blog is purposefully designed to create.

Oh I don't know, I like a bit of speculation. Are we not doing that when we make a decision to buy, sell or hold. I sold a third of my holdings last week at about 280p, missing the top at 290p ish but when they sunk again yesterday I topped up at 273p. This share also suffered during the Greek debt crisis & I see from the news this morning that further progress has been made in the latest negotiations. This could also provide a brief fillip to the price. Should be an interesting day.

My guess is opening auction with close up 10% on the day iro 318p.

Can anyone confirm if trading will be suspended tomorrow Mon 10th Aug to resume on Tues 11th Aug for the Skrill acquisition to complete ?

Once this is on the main market, the 0.5% stamp duty on purchases will apply.

As the markets & particularly AIM seem to have a mind of their own, plus the fact that approval was expected by all but the most pessimistic, I'm not expecting any huge SP movements north until after main market listing. I would, though, expect to see these finish above 280p (12.5%) by Friday.

Probably find the guy with the rubber stamp doesn't get back from his hols 'till next week as long as he can get through Calais. FCA have not requested any further information. Seems very positive to me. It'll happen by 11th Aug, not on 11th so could even be Monday.

ALK may be fined or they may be disallowed one or more of their base load or STOR sites connection to the grid. Until this concern is lifted I think the SP will trade sideways. Also, if you listen to NOB's trading update, there was no mention of the OFGEM investigation as though it was the elephant in the room so no fears were dispelled as to the possible outcomes. Maybe he is not allowed to refer to it while the investigation is underway but it was conspicuous by its absence in the update. I think without that investigation bombshell, the SP would be north of 25p by now.

Next RNS should be FCA clearance. Greece woes are going to around a while yet. Perhaps this is just the beginning of the big Euro meltdown. Whoopy. Oh well, we're all in it together aren't we. Bankers excepting of course. Long live Sterling £.

I have thought the same for some time. I think there is manipulation of this stock. I would not be surprised for OPAY to be taken private before full listing.

EDR is the joker in the pack of ALK's hand in the sense of the person or thing that could change the situation in an unexpected way. Those who understand it's premium value to ALK are quietly holding here.

The wheels of Gubmint move slowly. Whether today's buys are indicative of news or just the realisation of the association between EDR & ALK, I couldn't possibly guess. Either way there were very few sells and I'm hopeful of a good trading update in July. To re-iterate the trading update from 30th April: ‘’The strategic investments made in 2014 have provided the strong momentum we have experienced in the first three months of 2015. As a result we are confident of making further progress in the current year.’’
