If the fundamentals had changed, then the naysayers have a voice that should be heard....but they haven't. On that basis, it is a sit it out and witi game.

A brief note to give thanks Jerry Spaniel for posting my sad news on the passing of my mother.
A thank you to you wonderfully warm and sincere posters, who despite this being a mainly anonymous board, took the time & trouble to pass on your warm condolences which warmed my heart at this awful time for me & my family,
...and a thank you for the personal email messages from those whom I have met or spoken to directly. I am grateful.

To Magic I doff my cap at your expertise and latent humour on the video mixed with wrath at the a- holes (forgive me) who I see belatedly, have shown their true colours...you know who you are...

I am beyond grateful that at least my brother is enabled to see her though he had to battle hard to, understandably.
He has told us she is skin and bone sadly and to remember her how she was. Very sad but she's been an amazing Mum.

Thank you Scottie. I am afraid it is too late for this re the timing . I know of Synairgen and the nebuliser. I think however the organ failure and her sheer weakness are taking over. Can only pray now.Thank you though.much appreciated

TmT my brother did put the phone up to her on on speaker phone and I said what i could manage. I hope she heard me.

Thank you TmT. I have and insisted to my brothers today I was going up but as I have been travelling to Central America, although I am tested and covid-free, I apparently cannot endanger her or others now just in case I have picked something up from various international airports etc.

The consultants have allowed one elder brother to be with her although they frowned on it as he insisted that at end of life potentially she should not be alone. That is the only saving grace right now. Though I am clearly gutted.
