I urge people to blank out the crazies & the attention-seekers (an increasing amount of them I see) and simply filter and then focus on the good info freely given.
Leaving the board is letting them win! Don't do it.

TomtB, we are on the same page! I am not trying to be conspiratorial here, not at all! But, this 'feeling' won't shift. I've said for ages, though can't put my finger on exactly why other than what you have just articulated so well?

If it is mysterious , then I hope the mystery unveils one way or another very soon. I do also agree that those Scally results to date didn't help the SP or newcomers investing...it just needs further development and more transparency; unless of course there is something else we don't know about!

Much as this is a controversial and touchy subject to a lot of us; particularly due to prior speculative comments; I still believe there is more to Scally than meets the eye also. Aside from Bamps et als logical data & reasoning, I have no factual evidence for my 'feeling' other than it is quite strong. It is too quiet after all this time and too large a prospect to have uncovered any real findings as yet. I still have expectations which are positive if a little mysterious! Wish I could pinpoint why!

PS.There are circa 2000 junior explorers/miners in the marketplace. Ony about 300 of those will be viable.

Plagiarising the following comments from the infamous Rick Rule as a fellow Greatlander just reminded me to look up some of his wise words...and I find these to be true enough as we speak! Please note, here is the gist of what he says and very timely:
Ask yourselves this (if you are in doubt right now)' Do you have the psychological and financial staying power to invest in a junior explorer/miner? Importantly though, 'are you willing to do the work'?

Are you putting in the hours per month to willingly read up on your stocks; the annual reports, the quarterlies, the mineral resource estimations?

It's all about research, which will give you the confidence in your investment. If not - don't do it!
I particularly took note of his words here ' There are numerous cyclical declines in a bull market. If you know your stocks and have the courage , you will welcome a lower share price and you can add to your position at a lower price.

If you haven't done the research or lack the conviction in your stock; you are likely to be shaken out of your position at the wrong time, at the wrong price!

I think this is timely advice but the emphasis is...research + conviction.

I love a grand idea and reflected on this one yesterday and clearly everything is possible.
If all proves up, as we think it will, then what better gift to cherish as a memento of a grand slam move to invest in these golden fields & what better way to leave a memory of our greatest belief along with a rollercoaster ride , in later years, for our kids to treasure?
Along with Tigger and Paddy's Havieron wall chart (though I'd like to see some of the new troublemakers heads also mounted alongside it as a trophy the way they're behaving !!:-))we would have' two' cherished keep-sakes worth more than money alone.
Hope it takes off and hope you are still looking in GH!

Good to hear and I did wonder if, after your description, it was due to the depth of cover that we went for it! Can't wait for the elephant to show some potential...what a great stride forwards, as ever. We are going to miss GH enormously but he may well have identified just what GGP needs to progress this multi package of a company further! Sincerely hope so.Your payday (and ours) is accruing in value:-)

Quick question that may well be naïve but bear with me; I am somewhat surprised there are still potentially valuable tenements to even be had and up for grabs in the Paterson region? Shouldn't there have been a ton of other predators all gunning for the same plots of exploration potential or is there so much more to be explored still in your view?

A message for major contributors!¬ It is little wonder that they have dissipated in numbers and frequency of posts, but rest assured they are still here and armed with, as Bamps says, tons of research given freely and with good grace & humour, along with expert knowledge with a smattering of educated estimations, based on said research

We are all free to make our own judgements, decisions and choices; but don't scare away the hands that willingly work to dispense that knowledge and those summaries with geological facts; SP forecasts & analyses, former broker & analyst knowledge; motivational messages & satellite spies who painstakingly scour the globe for factual evidence, data in addition to spreading the good word on social media. These people are well connected, well versed and well meaning!

You know who they are so don't scare them away . Take it or leave it..but if I had any advice at all that was worth taking...it would be .open your ears and close everything else unless you have something useful to say, so long as you have some evidence like they all do.!! Listen to them. It saves you the hard work that they all generously hand out to you!

ATB Greatlanders....my only other view worth noting is hold tight, keep the faith & accumulate if you can. I wish I could!
