To answer your question fully The vessels are tracked across the Atlantic and closely followed once they arrive in New York prior to the discharge port of Baltimore. Reports on the containers landed are very erratic, sometimes appearing on the next day often though up to a week following discharge.

I believe that Baltimore is the preferred disport due to the proximity of an highly secure storage depot close to the port.
